Great customer service and accommodation to let me finish drying my dog after I was kicked out of the sechelt pet valu before I finished drying him. This store will be getting my business from now on, even if it's a longer drive to get to. Great job!

Good variety of cat and dog food, clothing, toys, beds etc. Nice to have the dog bath available for anyone wanting to.bathe their dog and blow dry as well.

Exceptional customer service, we are so greatful to the Gibsons Pet Valu for accommodating us and our Samoyed. Our cashier Nick and the whole staff went above and beyond to help us dry our dog after the Pet Valu in Sechelt did not let us finish drying him. Easily earned a customer for life.

I have been a regular customer since this store opened and just can’t take the awful customer service anymore. Today was my last visit. One employee chats so much with customers that you end up waiting forever and the other treats you like you’re interrupting her day. There was one amazing store manager, young and friendly person who was great but it has been a steady decline ever since she left.

Love the managers. Always excellent customer service. My dogs were a bit shy when I first switched to the store, but now they drag me in waiting for a treat. No problems with any returns I have had to make. Recommend all my friends when ever they need food advice or a friendly community oriented pet store to shop at. Their fundraisers for the Gibsons wildlife rehab are fun and informative as well as their support for local rescues. A truly satisfied customer.

After calling the store and speaking to Danielle 30 mins before closing time saying I’d be arriving there at closing time hoping to make a super quick kibble purchase for our puppy (the time crunch due to BCF running 40 mins late) I hoped that despite arriving at 7:01 they would accommodate me but instead the three attendants inside saw me, laughed and said we’re closed (after trying to first ignore me the first two knocks). Sincerely hope you’re shown similar lack of flexibility next time you need something.
