This lab is very unprofessional. I used to use this lab for many years when Katherine was the manager. After she left, the whole lab became so bad. The front desk, dispatch and back end are totally disconnected. Like today, I confirm with the front desk three times for a lab pick up. They promise me three times that they will be here at 2:30. You know what, nobody showed up. I called them at 2:30 and all I get is “ I am sorry. But the driver cannot be there till 3:30 or 4”. Dentistry is a health care. Some material is time sensitive. If you cannot deliver it, don’t promise. Basically this lab is neglecting patient care. And mind you, this is an an isolated incidence. It has happened a few times. When I try to complain to the manager, the front desk does. It even psss me through. Don’t use it
