U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Employee was very helpful, U-Haul as a company is horrible. We booked a 26' truck for tomorrow over a month ago. We got an email yesterday saying that our 20' truck was booked for a town half hour away. When we called to ask why our truck transformed from 26' to 20' and ended up in a different town, they told us that there were no 26' trucks available. What good is a reservation? Very disappointed with U-Haul! When we arrived to pick up our 20' truck we see a 26' truck sitting beside it.....now why their reservation is more important than ours is beyond me, but be very careful when you count on uhaul for your move. The U-Haul manager on the 1 800 line was helpful, she helped us find an enclosed trailer to try and make up the difference.

This location is awesome. If they billed you because you didn't clean out the truck then you deserve it there not there to clean up after you.And when they ask you to call the u haul line and not there towing line they don't want to have some stranded customer waiting on the side of the road. Because your question can't wait as your sitting at home.Call the right # U haul has there own # and towing has there own # how hard is that.

I booked a truck online and was instructed to call Edwards Towing to confirm. When I called I received a verbal lashing that I had called Edwards Towing. I should have called Uhaul at Edwards Towing. (same building, different desk. When I called the correct number they said they would not accept confirmations until a week before the rental. When I called the week before they said all their trucks had be rented out. I will not try to rent from here again.

Great quiet peaceful location. Friendly dog on site. Owners are very nice and helpful. Fast and easy pick up for my 10 foot truck rental. Truck ran smoothly no problems at all. Had a great experience. I definitely recommend this location. Will definitely be back!

On Aspin Rd. this proved to be a very good experience. I rented a sturdy 4 x 9 open trailer. It was in excellent condition. I could reserve it in advance. The yard is orderly with good turning circles and clean trucks, enclosed and open trailers.Professional personable service.

Unlike many U-haul locations, this one is top notch and staff extremely helpful in hooking up the trailer I rented and ensuring it was connected properly even checked after driving it a few hundred meters to be sure! Will use this location again when I need a U-haul.

Large yard to pick up and drop off trucks. Great local service. Best Uhaul I've dealt with.
