Great place to have a cafe au lait and raspberry croissant (yes, yes it's a thing!) The ambiance Art Deco is well done and you spend your time to find all the details with well sourced bibelots. You have to stop by if you come to Sherbrooke

Excellent bakery! Delicious and authentic croissants, bread, sandwiches, pastries and quiches. We always make a point of coming here when we’re in or near Sherbrooke. Great spot for lunch and coffee, or takeout.

Really, really good bread and knowledgeable staff. Baguettes are probably my favorites in Sherbrooke. Vegan-friendly and the folks behind the counter know their stuff. Lots of great little local fare and snacks to buy too.Parking is a little restrictive and folks tend to box each other in for some reason in the rear parking lot.
