Viva Care Medical Clinic (Inside Walmart) Central City

Tried to call to book an appointment.. I am new.. and needed a prescription for a specificity reason but also mentioned I had moved tot he area and needed a new Dr. The receptionist cut me off several times to say a response to something that wasn't relevant. If she hadn't kept cutting me off, perhaps she would understand what my concern was and why I needed to speak with a Dr.Very very rude! Did not like that at all. If I could give a negative star I would. Look into finding a new receptionist please. Bcuz after a half hour I called again.. and she was just as rude. Not good ppl skills

Came for a heart rate exam as that was all that was needed to proceed with an application requirement and a very rude doctor (Dr. EZEAPUTA) said i needed to do a blood test. When asked why when all that was needed was the heart rate she proceeded to say that that's just her way and her process. Basically making me spend money where I don't need to then when asked why she was being so rude she said she was insulted and wouldn't do her job anymore or assist. Complete waste of time, absolutely no ethics or integrity and wouldn't come here if it were life or death. Horrible service and staff. A joke of a doctor.

I've been going here since they opened as they generally have good service and their doctors are knowledgeable. But I have been trying to get a hold of them for an in person appointment for a week and it does not say they are not seeing patients in person, only that if you don't need to see a doctor face to face to schedule an over the phone appointment. I have an issue with my eye that needs to be seen in person so I schedule an over the phone appointment so I can talk to someone about coming in since no one ever answers the phone. The receptionist calls on the day of to confirm it's just for a prescription. I tell her I need to see someone in person and she says that I can send her a picture for the doctor since no doctor is in the clinic right now. I told her just to cancel the appointment because that is ridiculous. We are in phase 3, doctors ARE an essential service and have a duty of care. It's quite frankly negligent that they are not having ANY in person appointments. My only option is now to go to emergency and risk getting COVID since the only other clinic in my area has misdiagnosed me on more than one occasion which was the reason I started coming to this clinic in the first place.

I had a very good experience with the team at Viva Care today. Unfortunately, I needed some forms filled in by a doctor and every walking clinic was extremely busy. The staff and doctor heard my story and were able to squeeze me in for a quick appointment. Everyone there was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive to my needs. It is great to know there are still kind people in this world.Thank you very much.

Save your time and avoid this clinic at all cost. I got a doctor's appointment to get requisition for blood work, got the test done the very next day. Since then, it has been weeks but they did not call me back. They never pick up the call and the clinic was closed every time I went to check. So I had to go to another clinic and go through the same process again.

If I could give them a 0 star, I would have. They wanted $200 from me to fill out a medical form. I got the same form filled out in Richmond for $80. Extremely rude staff and they price gouge you whereever they can.

The service I receive from Dr. Brar is never short of amazing. She explains everything to me in a very clear manner while also remaining kind and empathetic. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but she is also lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines personal touches while also remaining professional and courteous. I highly recommend her!

Horrible experience, unreliable service.They do not answer the phone. Their voice mail box is full. They are impossible to get ahold of.I need a doctor note urgently, for my employer and my exam. They are inconsiderate that this is urgent. When they took my e-transfer. I expect the doctor note to be received immediately. Otherwise, this feels like a scam. This is just stressing me out.I am not sure if their hours on Google are accurate.Update - it has been 2 days since they took my money and I still have not received my doctor's note.

reception is rude and they don't hear out the patients it's a walkin clinic u should be able to see a doctor for whatever not be sent away saying oh the doctor won't see u for this go to your family doctor
