We recently used Dr. Green Servicesy for my lawn maintenance needs and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the moment I reached out to them for a quote, I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness.Their team was knowledgeable and experienced, and they provided me with expert advice on how to get rid of the weeds in my lawn. They were also very attentive to my concerns and worked closely with me to develop a personalized lawn care plan that suited my needs and budget.

This is my 3rd year using Dr Green and it will defiantly be the last. We got the ultimate package from them and as of yet they have not provided the services paid for. Dr Green is aware we have a dog and have a note on file to ring bell to make sure dog is not in yard. Last week Dr Green had services scheduled so as responsible pet owners we locked our dog inside the house before we left home for a few hours. They showed up and rang bell. Did front lawn and left, they did not finish the job nor did they go into back yard. I received an email stating dog was in yard that was a LIE!" we have camera's to prove it. Then they had the audacity to state there is spots on the lawn and WE should seed the areas

Unfortunately this is a negative review.After 2 years giving this company a chance they’re just underperforming… the price point is good BUT I’ve had to babysits them for both years they’ve been maintaining my lawn.Last year they started my lawn work late after multiple calls to come out and this year I had to call twice to have my lawn aeration.I feel if your paying for a service you should not have to micro manage.

This is the first year we used them and are very happy with their services. Easy to reach and stuck to their schedule. There was a time where we noticed the weeds were spreading and they came within a few days to do a no-charge extra visit for weed control for it (which I believe is part of the contract anyway).We will be using them for 2023 for both our front and back yard.Great job guys!

It was our 1st year with Dr Green as we moved into a new house. They were great setting up the right program and at a competitive price. They were always on time and left good details on the condition of the lawn every time they serviced it.The only feedback would to be give 48 hours notice (versus 24) for servicing so that I can make sure the lawns were ready for them.Highly recommend!

I have been using DR green weed control and fertilizing Program service for 2 years. So far so good . Whenever I call them up for additional spraying when new weeds were found they have always been very responsive and quick to answer my calls.

This was our first year using a lawn care service. I chose Dr. Green as they had the best prices. Our lawn looks healthy and full. The treatments were spaced out great and did not require us to be home. Usually I make sure everything in backyard is moved but the one time I forgot , I came home to everything nicely moved aside by James. James has always been kind and very knowledgeable about his job, he does not have to communicate with me during the visits, but if he sees me on deck, he always gives me tips ! Dr.Green's staff is very professional, kind and informative. Below are highlights of our experience with their services.- They give 24 hours email notice before coming and are always on time to service our lawn. They send quick inspection report after each and every visit, to keep us updated on what treatment they did and how our lawn's health is.- Their prices are reasonable.- We had lots of weeds in our lawn, and now most of it is all gone and we have beautiful green grass.We will be using Dr. Green services for coming many years as we love to have peace of mind that our lawn is in professional hands.

Poor communication...was going for the mosquito program but it seems they dont want my business. Im a very patient person but this is too much of a stretch for me. I dont like leaving bad reviews but when it comes to my kids safety, this pushes the button for me. My apologies for the last person i talked to..maybe i was a bit arrogant and its not her fault. Its the company's system and lack of communication to their potential clients that sucks.

I have used this service this summer because my weeds were, in my opinion, out of control. Dr. Green uses good quality products which do not burn the lawn, but kill the weeds very efficiently. I would say that not all technicians are as thorough, unfortunately. Some of them just run over the property with their hose and miss areas. The most difficult aspect of the visits was for me to make sure that my dog had been able to do his business and spend some time in my backyard prior to a visit from Dr. Green. The issue was that, although they informed me of the day of the visit, I never knew when/around what time, they would come. I had asked them to ring my doorbell, but only two technicians did so. Actually, I believe that it was the same gentleman. For that reason, I decided not to continue with Dr. Green next summer. Had I not had a dog, I would most probably use their service again. I will try to do some weed control myself next year. All in all, I do recommend Dr. Green if you have a lot of weeds on your property because they will get almost all of them.
