I had been dress shopping for months to find a second dress for my wedding reception. I wish I came to Esti first! I found the perfect dress and Tina was beyond helpful, attentive and professional. I really appreciate the care she took to help me during my appointment. I highly recommend Esti! Great dresses and even better customer service.

My daughter found her perfect prom dress at Esti Boutique! We found that this boutique had all the variety of larger stores, but the intimate, smaller show room (by appointment only) that allowed for undivided attention and the ‘Pretty Woman’ experience. Highly recommend!!

If you’re black, stay away!!! You were warned. Went there today with my friend to purchase an engagement shoot gown, walked in…we were completely ignored. We stood waiting to be acknowledged, nothing. They came right next to us n pulled dresses and sped pass us like we were invisible. I said to my friend, why hasn’t anyone greeted us yet, he said they’re probably busy (still unacceptable). We proceeded to browse the store incase that was the situation. We stood next to the table looking at dresses nearby while two workers stood behind the table and chatted casually. (Not so busy as my friend had suggested) Shortly after, two white women walked in. They were promptly stopped in their tracks (by one of the two workers who were chatting) to ask with a big smile if they wanted to see some dresses. Meanwhile, I am standing there, arms lengthof the workers and this new customer. I politely asked how come I’ve been there for so long and haven’t been acknowledged. The worker looked disgusted and shocked at my question and replied that she hadn’t seen me. Meanwhile, I am standing literally in-front of her and her colleague and the new customer. She previously pulled a dress that brushed against me so how could she not have seen me? How come she didn’t see my friend? The store was not busy and we are not tiny. I respectfully excused myself and left their store. No apologies or anything from them. Please take your money where you’re wanted and valued. When I told another friend of my experience, she said she was shocked that I went there as they’re very notorious for that. Disgusting business. You’re better off going to Madeline’s down the road. All the girls there are warm, friendly, helpful and kind. I’ve been to Madeleine’s twice and the good service was consistent.

Even though I didn't end up buying a dress at Esti for this particular occasion I wanted to leave a review because the service and the store are so exceptional. The quality and uniqueness of the dresses definitely stood out. You can tell that this is a carefully curated collection. And then there is the service. The owner Tina is great at finding dresses that suit your build and coloring and she is also able to find choices you might not have thought of. I would definitely recommend shopping here and I will be back!

I went into this store looking for a maid of honour dress. While I thought this is going to be a long process to find, I found the dress within an hour and it’s all thanks to Tina and her lovely staff. Tina took the time to listen to my concerns, make suggestions and find me that extra special dress. My experience was so great that I returned to get another dress a week later. I highly recommend this lovely boutique, you won’t be disappointed.

The assistance was great! The owner of this boutique and Sabrina(one of the employees) were beyond helpful!! I have been stressing about finding a prom dress and finding the specific type of dress I wanted while staying within my budget, but once I explained what I was looking for the help and assistance I got was amazing! I was in and back out within less than an hour, which is crazy for me because I had spent hours in other dress places I have gone to while trying to find the right dress. The recommended me three different seamstresses to get my dress hemmed which was also great! Thank you so much, for the wonderful service ☺️.Side note: The way the owner treated Sabrina(her employee) was so refreshing to see, there was a deep respect and kindness she had for her which reveals a lot about the work space and how things work there. I would give more stars if I could!

I love this store! Very good selection of dresses and exceptional customer service. Tina knew exactly what dresses would suit me best. She made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. This will now be my go to store for special dresses!
