ELNA Médical — Gatineau

La grande majorité des services offerts par ELNA ne sont pas couverts par la RAMQ, malgré certaines infos sur CLic Santé. En effet,j 'ai pris un rdv pour un prélèvement sur le site Clic Santé (qui n'est pas géré par ELNA), et tout semblait indiquer un rendez-vous couvert par la RAMQ. Malheureusement, les informations entrées par ELNA sur le site Clic Santé sont erronées (ou fausses). Les employés sur place étaient aimables et voulaient bien aider, mais comme il s'agit d'une grosse compagnie de soins de santé privés, avec la centrale à Montréal, ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Cette mésaventure m'a forcée à aller au nouveau centre de prélèvement du CISSSO, au 85 boul de la Gappe. ALors là, chapeau au CISSSO! Ça roule vite et bien, en 30 minutes, tout était complété. Nul besoin d'aller au privé pour des services couverts par le public!

Horrible experience with Elna. I went for a routine complete STI screening which costs 325$. As this is a professional medical service, everything is covered by my health insurance plan.After the nurse was done, I asked for a receipt (to make the claim with my insurance company). Weirdly enough, they don't do receipts on location. I have to email Elna directly. I emailed them and the receipt they provided me with was a basic one with NO information aside from the price and the location of the medical center. Insurance companies ask for the nurses name and qualifications, type of service received and their credentials. I emailed in return asking for that information. They refused saying that this is not information they provide. What kind of medical center is this? If I ask a dentist to provide me with a receipt for insurance purposes, they provide it. If I ask the same to a doctor, or an optometrist, or a massage therapist, or a physician – they will all provide professional receipts as they know people will need them for insurance purposes.Will never go to Elna again. Terrible experience and horrible customer service. Seems very shady that a professional medical center can't provide receipts/insurance forms.

帰国前PCR検査で訪問。日本入国用の書式で証明書をつくっていただいた上、翌朝には検査結果をPDFで送っていただいた。クリニック内も清潔で、訪問して10分くらいで検査は終わった。一つだけ不満だったのは、予約サイトのフォームが仏語固定だったこと。

Super expérience. L’équipe est sympathique et Julie a su comment me rendre tout de suite à l’aise et confortable. Mes questions ont été bien répondu. Je recommande à toutes! Merci encore.

I will never go to Elna again. I went to this clinic 2 times for 2 different reasons and both times I was disappointed. I booked my appointment through Clicsante which states that the services are covered by RAMQ which is not the case. They will make you pay for the service. First time I went to this clinic was to test for a UTI which I paid 90$. They told me I tested negative but still had symptoms. Few days later I decided to go to another clinic just to make sure I was fine and they told me I had a UTI and had to take antibiotics as soon as possible. After this experience, I decided to give them a second chance and went for a Pap test which was supposed to be free according to Clicsante but I paid 120$ at the clinic. They assured me I’d receive my results within 5 days which was not the case. I received a call with minimal details 3 weeks later telling me to call them back for more info. The day I called them back, they told me to wait, the nurse would be with me shortly. I waited 25-30 mins on the phone, they did not put me on hold or anything. I could hear all the gossip and info about other clients. It was a very disappointing experience for a private clinic honestly. I do not recommend and do not trust their results.
