Synergy Metal Roofing

Unsure if their job site looks like the house on Kenwill that they advertise from, but, it looks like a dump with empties blowing all over the yard and grass 4ft high. They're doing their part to depreciate value of homes near by.

Neil at Synergy Metal Roofing replace my roof 7 months ago. He installed a black standing seam metal roof that looks fantastic. The quality of the roof is outstanding, the flashing is all perfect and the roof is beautiful. It looks much better than the old asphalt shingle roof and I am sure it has added value to my house that is greater than the cost of the roof.Synergy installed a metal drip edge and folded the end of every roof panel around it so the end of the panel is secured to the house. The end of each seam is also covered. This method looks better than other installations I have looked at and it will extend the life of the roof by preventing water from getting under the panels. Synergy closed up my roof vents and installed ridge venting along my entire roof peak. The roof ventilation is much better now. Synergy also installed two snow dams, which worked very well with the large snow falls over this last winter. My neighbours roof only has one snow dam and the snow bent his plumbing vents as it slid down his roof.When the job was done Neil left my yard nice and clean and even hauled away some items to the dump for me. He cleaned my gutters while he was up there, and also took care not to damage them with his ladders.This is the last roof I will ever need and as a bonus I will never have moss and I should never have to go on my roof again.I highly recommend his work. It is exceptional!

Excellent workmanship and quality materials

Neil made the roof for our carriage house roof earlier this year and did an excellent job. He was professional, quick and very reasonable. Highly recommended!
