Excellent experience, professional, prepared, no bumps, they gave fair value for my trade and was available for all questions!Highly recommend dealing with Pierre!And a shout out to Martin as well!The owner (wish I knew his name) was very helpful. We had a small issue and he made special accommodations to correct on a Friday at 4:30!! Would definitely recommend!!

I called to get some info on a vehicle they were selling and was met with the most obnoxious salesperson who talked over me the whole time and told me he wouldn't budge on the price, without waiting to hear what questions I had, or what I had to offer. Typical crummy sales guy with no people skills. Suggestion to management: Have your salespeople take an etiquette class to avoid driving quality customers away with their lack of class and savoir vivre.

We did not purchase our car there however we should have. We purchased our car from Boucherville Chrysler. Amazing purcahsing experience however their service department is really poor at giving actual service. Poor service after sale.We brought our car to Chaput Auto in Varennes and we are so pleased with the service there if we purchase another Chrysler bet your bottom dollar we will buy it there.Amazing service people!Guy from service is just super and polite.
