The perfect ServiceOntario office - minimum wait time with good people, made even more perfect by being looked after by Sabrina. Sharp, attentive and fun. And with her blazing keyboard typing skills she had me looked after in record time. I'll be back.

A month ago I went to this serviceOntario location to request a replacement Healthcard because I lost my card. After a month of waiting I notice I got nothing in the mail. So I call another serviceontario location and tell them I didn't receive the card. The other location tells me there is no record on the computer of me requesting a new card. All I want to say is, Do not go to this location they are a complete waste of time, they don't even want to do their job, it's unbelievable incompetence.

Well there are highly service oriented ladies managing 4 - 5 counters for various services they deal with the people in highly organised and professional manner above all in a very humane way ! Kudos to staff

Extremely rude supervisor. Went to renew my mom’s health card. They asked if she was out province I said no. Then they asked for 2nd piece of ID we provided her passport. They went through all the stamps of her passport!!! Invasion of privacy!! There was no lock or alert on her health card so they had no right to go through her passport like that. I am filling a complaint with the ministry and CEO office.

Nice staff, not long line ups. This place definitely needs a major renovation to give it a modern look. Stains of dark and black color of smoke are seen in the ceiling, which does need immediate attention.

I went to this location in hopes it wouldn't be too busy. I got there at a good time and Sabrina assisted me. A caring, compassionate, knowledgeable young woman with an engaging personality. She made a usually tedious process quick and enjoyable. Thank you Sabrina for your kindness

Terrible terrible customer service!!!!! By far the worst customer care I have received to date. Lack of knowledge and lack of regard for customers. Gave me wrong information to make me visit to this location multiple time. They made a mistake and never apologize for what they did. The color of your skin matters here!! Asked documents based on that!

5 stars for service Sabrina was superb helpful! Definitely going back! Was going to put 4 stars just because the place honestly could be cleaned up a lot. But she makes up for it

I don’t leave google reviews often, unless it was a bad experience. This is my first experience sending a good review. I drive in from Markham just because of the service here. I’ve been there a dozen times and this is the best service Ontario I’ve been too. I can do some things that I need on line, but it’s so much more comfortable to do it in person when you have the right people helping you.The Person that I notice is always there is the brown girl with the fingernails. I think her name is Sabrina. Seems like she’s been there a while because of the knowledge she has when asked a question. She always takes her time to make sure that you’re comfortable with whatever you’re there for. But she’s also fast and efficient as there are usually line ups. And honestly I’m usually in a rush when I’m there. So if you’re looking for a good service Ontario this is the place. And keep an eye out for that girl with the fingernails. The staff are all really good as I’ve dealt with most of them, but she is really exceptional.So that’s my five star review
