Emphasized a meat and dairy allergy for one of my burritos ordered before, during and after ordering. Got the food delivered, and a few bites in, the person found out there was dairy in the burrito. Drove up to the location (defeating the purpose of delivery) because the employee wanted proof that there was dairy. I prove there's dairy and requested a new burrito and my money back for the complications/hassle. Normally, this is customary in customer service, but not here. The lady told me at first she wouldn't even remake the burrito cause there was a bite out of it, then was trying to tell me to pay for a new one to be made, then argued with me for 5 minutes about why I shouldn't get a refund. Needless to say, this was my last time ever going here and I've recommended any and all my friends to go elsewhere. This place sucks. Plus, the food was cold!

Fast food place for quick n go. You can order in advance as well. naked burrito was good size and stuff with all vege. spicy sauce was like real spicy if you eat spicy. Price is reasonable for Burrito and bowl.

Used to be one of our favourite BBs in London but the quality seems to be dropping a bit. They mixed up our last order as well but we were already home before realizing so there was no point to return. Will give them a chance or two before deciding if this is worth it or not at all.

It’s been a few years since we have been there so we decided to try it again we ordered a pulledPork burrito and a.cheese one, we ended up paying for a large pork and they made a small.They were stingy with the toppings .it unfortunately Didn’t sit well with me, in turn the bathroom became my friend! it use to be really good, it has gone down! Will not return !!!!

It is fine when I had my first try at Burrito Boyz and got the seafood shrimp burrito there. However, my last visit over a year ago was not so great and not to make you folks feel down. I had the chicken there and it was so bland. It is so flavourless and I cannot take another bite making me feel to take the lost what you paid for. Whoever is making the food. They should take a sample of the food to try the meat to meet its standard including checking the quality, expiration or the meat is still good before serving to their customers. This is why, I should have gone to Costco to eat at their food court there. I cannot believe the chicken taste so bland and never had I taste something like that before in every Mexican inspired food before. This is why, I would rather go to Chipotle just a few kilometres away just takes you from Wonderland Road to Fanshawe Park Road across from Masonville Mall at the plaza with Loblaws, Jack Astor’s restaurant, Pet Smart, Indigo Book Store is located. I would rather go to Chipotle and I never once had a bad experience there before. Their meat and everything taste way better there. I would rather just go Chipotle in the Masonville area next time and better what you are paying for. I hope they can make it better next time in the future. For now, if you are not getting your money’s worth then you are better off going to Chipotle. Burrito Boyz, Wonderland Road location in London, Ontario. Please do better and good luck.

Good ol Burrito Boyz! I've loved BB since I first discovered them in Toronto. I've been a fan and continue to be as I still think it's consistently one of the best burritos around.

I came with my sister the other day, it's not our first time trying Burrito Boyz but it was our first time on this branch.We waited about 25 min just for one nachos.There were 3 people in front of us on the line, and like 5-6 people after us, and all of them were served and given their food before us, even if we were before them. When we left there was one else there.When we tried the nachos (not our first time) they were horrendous. We thought that they took their time because they were frying the tortilla, but the totopos were the ones that you buy. We only buy one nachos because usually, it's a big portion for just one of us, but this time there were very few. Very disappointing.EVERYTHING on the downtown branch it's way better, don't come to this one.

Ordered naked burrito. When I asked to give little extra peppers they said they will only hive if the bowl is under weight!! Lol never heard anything like that in any burrito store. So weird. Plus they don’t give salsa on the side and their sour cream is so watery!

We ordered 4 burritos. Steak, shrimp, sweet potatoe, and chicken.We got ground beef for the chicken, and ground beef instead of steak. We ordered limes...and got a side of rice? We wanted to taste a few of the burritos, because we wanted to give some as a birthday gift next week. How do we trust that what we order will be what we get?In fairness, what we got, tasted great...but we spent almost $100, and still don't know if we want to give this as a birthday gift.
