The best sandwiches in town! Kathy makes all her sandwiches with love. I ordered three platters of sandwiches for a party, and she provided a variety of sandwiches and they were all delicious! She is a one woman show and I love supporting small businesses like Kathys sandwiches! She really puts in a lot of effort, in all that she does ❤️ her sandwiches are soul food!

I worked in kits for a few years and Kathys was my go to. I came in almost daily for a pesto mayo chicken wrap. I work at home now but am going to make the trek soon as ive been craving one of kathys wraps! The best

Sandwiches, paninis and wraps! Simple menu made with wholesome and fresh ingredients. Customize your own sandwich here! Add avocado to anything it’s delicious.Delightful people run this sandwich shop. They know all their regulars by name and have such friendly attitudes! Mom and pop shop feel.Most people get their sandwiches to go, but there are a couple seats facing the window if you want to chill and people watch while eating.Add a soup or a salad to any panini for a combo price. Their coffee is really good. I was surprised.Got the tuna salad panini that came with cheddar, spinach and tomatoes. And 2 coffees for $12.25 - great price.Metered street parking out front that goes for $1 and hour.

Kathy is awesome, and so is her food. In this area this is probably your best bet for a well priced, quality, HEALTHY bite to eat. Well worth it!

Fresh, healthy and wholesome are all true claims. Kathy was the one that served us, and it was apparent she cares about healthy food and likes what she does. Very nice lady. Very happy I came here instead of Subway. Support a small local business. She even bakes sugar free cookies, which she's very proud of
