Dissatisfied customer.Bought a grass bagger and noticed when assembling it was missing a bracket. Returned to the store which is 1 1/2 hrs. drive away and asked for my inconvenience to be reimbursed or compensated. I was told recieving the part was my compensation!" Where is customer satisfaction??"

My elderly mother took her Honda snow blower to this place to get an oil change. They took apart the engine (on there own), called my mother and told her the engine is no longer any good and wanted to charge her an additional fee to put the engine back together (after they took it apart?). So, they ended up delivering the snow blower back to my moms house with the loose parts in a bag. My brother and I who live out of town immediately thought something seemed fishy after our mother explained this to us because our father (who passed away) used to take immaculate care of his snow blower. My brother brought the snow blower to a Honda dealership and the ONLY things wrong with the snow blower was the wheel bearings NOTHING was wrong with the engine. This seems like a prime example of people trying to take advantage of elderly people. So, please exercise extreme caution if you are going to use the establishment.

We've bought majority of our equipment (trimmers, edgers, blowers, mowers, snowblower, aerator, tiller, sod-cutter) from Sudbury Small Engines. We have nothing but great things to say about them. I had an issue with one of my commercial units, went to another dealer by mistake, was told it was finished and tried to sell me another unit. Brought the same unit to SSE, they fixed us up no problem. We had our commercial unit back in a timely manner considering the work needed to be done, and we were able to use the machine all year long with no issues. We are going on 4 years now working closely with SSE, and we will continue to do so!!Thank you for the great services!

I recently took my snowblower to Sudbury Small Engine Sales and Services for a full service, which cost over $500. However, upon receiving the unit back, I noticed that the starter motor was hanging off, which is completely unacceptable.What was even more disappointing was the attitude of their staff. Whilst I can accept that strange coincidences happen – i.e. the blots fell off on route to my house or just after arriving at my house. They refused to accept any responsibility whatsoever and had no interest in solving a simple problem and were quite hostile at the suggestion. On top of that, they charged me an additional $6.00 for two bolts, which felt like adding insult to injury.As a result of this experience, I would not recommend their service or sales to anyone. I certainly will not be doing business with them again. I hope that their staff can take this as a learning experience and work towards providing better customer service in the future.In summary, my experience with Sudbury Small Engine Sales and Services was deeply disappointing, and I do not recommend their services to others.

Great service and knowledge at Sudbury Small Engine.They take the time to ensure you have the correct part for the machine you are trying to repair. They have helped me trouble shoot issues with my snowblower twice and my lawn tractor.Highly recommended!

First time at this shop. I was looking for a shear pin for my 20 + year old snowblower. The ladies behind the counter was super friendly, and helpful. Marc in sales was a scholar, he was knowledgeable on the pros and cons of newer snowblowers. I would highly recommend this shop. Marc knew exactly what shear pin I needed, and I came home, installed it and now it’s good to go. When it comes times to replace, I will buy from this location. Thank you!

Well I was looking to purchase a blower but it was a toss up between 2 places. Well the other place was rude and not very professional. Well then Dan and his wife run a great business and the staff are on the ball . I been going there for part for yearsAmazing place

They have EVERYTHING for so many different makes and models. If they don't have it they can get it. They do great repairs too! Highly recommend you trust all your small engine needs with them!
