This is my first and only experience taking course as MOA at Medical Reception College. Thanks to my instructor Gina ,she is very helpful for everything since from the start, she helped me out a lot and have patience with my mistakes and for the things I didn't understand. They are also the one who find a clinic for practicum. I am so happy that I found this school, as my cousin was the one who told me as she'd graduate also from this school. Great college, their online program is perfect for someone who wants to add to their education. Initially I was quite hesitant about the program, sounded too good to be true. But with their amazing instructors and the structure of the program, I was able to complete the MOA & Unit Clerk program. Not to mention, I am also a mother of 2 young children & work full-time.This is a great college!!! I would definitely recommend this college to everyone.

The Medical Office Assistant Program (MOA ) fully prepare me to work in just three months. I got a comprehensive training in medical office Accuro software and procedure, plus real work experience with volunteer work. I really enjoyed the online course. There is more flexibility around what my day is... I thought it was well planned and layed out, easy for me to follow. PowerPoints', assignments, and exams were just enough. so I could finish everything with enough time, learn about everything and not feel overloaded and rushed. The instructors/admin was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. They are very dedicated and approachable, counsel us and available to help us through challenge.
