Great park not sure of pad rent.

We moved into this community because it was advertised as family friendly. In addition to outrageously high pad rental fees that keep getting hiked...There are hookers out front and drug users walking around daily. My kids have found needles out front and arent allowed to play outside of our yard. If your car isn't locked and alarmed it will be broken into. And if you leave anything in your yard or porch it will also be stolen by drug addicts.

I have lived here since 2013 - currently not a great place to live. Crestway is an asset owned by the Ontario Teacher's Pension Fund, via Parkridge, who operates the park, and mismanages it - in my opinion. They run the place like a prison camp. They insist on a bunch of unnecessary regulations and then send their park Nazis around to enforce them with intimidation via written violation notices for minor infractions. The place was actually run well at one point. It is only the last couple of years that I have noticed that I live under these stringent conditions. I see a lawsuit in the future, perhaps a class action involving other like minded tenants - bringing the place back in accordance with standard rental agreements in BC. and returning it to the peaceful desirable neighborhood had has been for the majority of its existence. Anyone that is considering moving in should just make sure that they understand the rules and regulations - I am sure they are there for a reason and many people would appreciate the tight ship environment that exists here. It just doesn't work for me.

Great place to live, that’s the only positive point. Small dogs only (chihuahuas, terriers, etc), unrealistic expectations to keep your yards clean (for working families), you can’t do renovations without clearing it with head office then maybe getting turned down), wandering cats (no fines for owners), if this is a family community park why is there nothing for young people to do (pool, bigger playground, etc)? Clicky neighbourhood. Gordana is rude, not trusting, intimidating, etc.

This place harasses the people that live here about everything. They never answer the phone. Even corporate office never answers the phone. The management is ran by a team of liars that don't answer the phones and just leave constant notices of harassment. Once you live here and they are taking your money don't expect to get anything from them. On top of all that, they create fake accounts and leave fake reviews to make themselves look better. The biggest liars and fakes of them all, are one of the groundskeepers named Bill and the area manager Gordana Medvidovic. They will walk through your yard once they are not on duty and will lie about what they are doing. They are illegally sneaking around property almost daily, and if you try to take pictures they will run away or cover their face. Beware if you move here. You will feel like you are in a concentration camp.

My mom and dad live here and it is not so bad place they keep it clean and it's kind of good environment I don't mind it

Very poor communication with tenants, when calling just get answering machines, leave messages, no response at all. Parks being sold, everyone has questions and no answers from Parkridge.

Just an awful place to live. They send their employees around to bother people about stupid rules that make no sense. You can't even work on your vehicle without some idiot coming around and telling you that it isn't allowed. The park has a rat infestation and the park has just let it get worse because they cheap out on rodent control and have an incompetent lazy person in charge of the problem. Anyone that is considering moving in should look closely at the rental agreement that probably isn't even enforceable because it contrasts so much with provincial rental law.
