Very nice area for a walk. There is some street parking on Laird near the new Guelph Humane society.I will note, the path is very sunny in most areas so plan accordingly when embarking on a walk, especially during these heat warnings

Golden valley offers a picturesque pond that is nearly encircled by wide gravel trail that meanders from the corner of Laird Road & Hanlon Creek Boulevard to Laird Road & Quarterman Road. A wonderful there and back extension of Laird or Teal Trails, it can also be accessed by the active transportation lanes that run through this area or by parking at the Hanlon Creek Business Complex.
