I bought a tempered glass screen protector from here for my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. First off there is no warranty provided which is completely absurd. How can you not provide any warranty for screen protectors? Almost every company that sells screen protector provided either a lifetime or annual warranty of some sort. After the seller put on the screen protector, I noticed the quality was not good as there were smudge marks every time I touched the screen and I would have to wipe it off with a cloth to remove it. After about an hour of using my phone, I noticed the rainbow effect on my screen. The seller must not have cleaned the screen properly as the rainbow effect is still showing writing this review. Please DO NOT go here to get screen protectors as I feel I got ripped off and wasted $30. There are better tempered glass screen protectors out there. Also they have a all sales are final" rule so no refund whatsoever.....please avoid this place."

I bought a glass screen protector for my Google Pixel 6 Pro. The staff member assured me it would work with my case, but after a month or so it started coming up at the edges and getting dust underneath. Then the fingerprint sensor started to not work very well. They have a good replacement program - you get a discount after you've bought your first one, so I went ahead and bought another screen protector.The second one cracked after I dropped it, my fault. So I went back to buy a 3rd one. The staff member told me I needed the till receipt, not just a credit card slip in order to get the discount on a replacement. This was the first time I'd been told that and had never been given a till receipt before. However, she did give me the discount and the proper receipt for next time.I've had this new screen protector only a couple of weeks and it's already coming up at the edges and getting dust underneath. I don't know if the screen protectors are not compatible with the case, or the other way around, but it's very frustrating. Every time I press the power or volume buttons on the side of the phone, the screen protector lifts up a bit, causing the touch screen to not work properly, and allowing dust in. I don't think I'll be buying another one.

These people are amazing! I was shopping in the mall for a case and screen protector and they were the most helpful. Simrat took the time to help me out with some options and I didn't feel pressured or rushed to find a case for my S8. I tried other other screens protectors and they wouldn't stay on because of the edge, but theirs was flawless! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a case, screen protector, or even phone repair! Thanks a lot CelPro!

Bought a screen protector for my Iphone 11. screen had a rainbow effect after and thought it was just from the cleaner. Even showed the person that installed it, she said it will go away but if it doesn't, bring it back and they will exchange. Still couldn't read after a few hours, removed the screen protector. Brought back a few days later, was told they don't sell privacy tempered glass. Showed receipt that read Privacy tempered glass". Note: Also has their business name and address on it; still insisted they don't sell them. Went to kiosk next to celpro. way better service and much cheaper. will be reporting this to the BBB."

Nitika at Celpro in sevenoaks was very friendly and helpful. She helped us pick out a phone case, screen protector and lens protector for our new phones. She put the screen protectors and lens protectors on for us and did a perfect job.

I have been shopping this place since I had my iPhone 6 tempered glass put on by them. They have a really good replacement service for iPhone tempered glass. I got them to do it on my phone and they replace it for a cost which is next to nothing if your tempered glass breaks. The staff does know what they do as I never had any problem with the replacement they happily say no worries I will replace it for you " every time I need a new replacement. Before that I had another screen glass from best buy which also also had lifetime replacement but for that there were too many formalities as you have to send a picture of your broken one to them and $10 shipping fee

Service was great but beware they sell fake otterbox cases. Unfortunately I fell for it and the otter box packaging. I was going to return it today then realized on my receipt it says no refunds or exchanges. The case does not have the otterbox stamp on the back and is discoloring already after 1 day.. such a scam.

Got a iPhone tempered glass I never even dropped the screen protector is really cheap and cracked on me within 2 days they wouldn’t even replace it at all I never got a receipt but I showed her on my credit card statement and she wouldn’t still do itI don’t recommend this place and they will never get my business again
