Found this place kind of by accident on Oak Bay St in Victoria and glad I did. Was heading to more expensive shop and saw prices better here so give it a try. Josh did excellent job including a few extras you get in tonier locations. The atmosphere is cool and friendly with tracks playing at moderate volume from Steely Dan. They even had a trainee learning the finer points from an experienced haircutter. One could get a reduced rate taking a haircut from the newcomer. Definitely a guy place. Which i like. Altogether a quick, professional job

I have been here a couple of times, considering it's close to my house. It's 30$ for a haircut and the staff is good. Stephen gets my haircuts as I'd ask him to. And I'm pretty satisfied with the haircuts I've had here. Additionally, the ambience is pretty cool and they even have Mario cart to play for the waiting zone members!

Skyler Leduc is extremely skilled at cutting hair. Met him over a year ago as I needed an urgency haircut after having a really bad experience at another barber shop. Since then, Skyler has been cutting my hair.Skyler's talent, kind and professional attitude truly makes it a 5-star experience every time I visit Rebellion Barbershop for a haircut. I highly recommend his services.

My partner has been getting his hair cut at Rebellion for a few years now. They always do an excellent job.Today he saw Skylar and came home with an exceptional hair cut! My partner has an unruly cowlick at the back of his head (think: Alfalfa from Little Rascals) and today was the first time I've seen him get a cut that blends it with the rest of his hair.His beard was also really well sculpted.Keep up the great work, Skylar!

I've been getting my hair cut at Rebellion for a couple years now(decent cuts). But...Buddy with the red hair/beard ruined it. Being punchy and rude to a couple customers?! On top of it...didn't even listen to what I wanted with my hair cut...did what he-knew-best."Stay classy."

Super cool shop, great relaxing atmosphere and their new space is bright and stunning. Talented barbers and an easy walk-in place to get any service quickly and professionally. All of my family and friends in the area go to this shop regularly and even my family from the North end of the island will go down for their services in Vic. Highly recommmend

I'm new to Victoria and it's been pretty hard finding the right barbershop to go to on a consistent basis. I'm writing this review because I officially found my new barbershop! When I opened there page and saw 800+ reviews I wasn't surprised at all, they do great work and are great people. I'm glad it looks like they get there well deserved props.I went in looking to get cleaned up to prepare for some meetings coming up, I never know what I want! I just want to look good. It felt like I had all the stress of that taken off my shoulders. I was asked the right questions and I was really happy with how it turned out.Rebellion Barbershop has an awesome vibe, it's not just the barbershop itself but everyone who works there. I had great conversation, I felt like it was a stress free zone and I was just all around happy to be surrounded by good people.To the owner Michael and any employees there, thank you. Thank you for a great haircut, thank you for good conversation, thank you for everything! I'll be back, no doubt!

I went in with a shaggy head of hair, and I came out looking and feeling great. Josh took his time to give me one of the better haircuts I've ever had. He also got me up to speed with barbershop terminology. Apparently I prefer a tapered fade". Who knew? We had a great conversation to boot. Highly recommend."

My son and I have been going to Rebellion since they opened in 2018. They are the best place in town for great, high quality cuts. They recently opened a spot out in Keating Cross where you can expect the same quality service!Michael's the owner and runs his business with kindness and integrity. I'll be forever loyal to such a great team of barbers!

First time using this barber. First haircut in over 2 1/2 years. Did not realize until I got there it was a cash only business however there is an atm close by so was not a worry. I sat down with Matt who did an awesome job with the lack of details of what I wanted that I provided him. Will definitely be a returning customer!
