I am so annoyed at this, EVERYTIME I order a hazelnut cold brew or the vanilla coconut one , it is Mixed in which it is not supposed to be. I work at a tims location and it is NOT supposed to be mixed up like picture shown. The cream and cold brew are supposed to slowly combine but not like this. This is truly frustrating just because of the amount of money spent on this drink and the fact it does taste different when not mixed together like this. I have spoken to a Manger about this and she did apologize which was appreciated.

If you don't have a car, don't go here. They ignore the people inside for the drive through. I waited about 15 minutes, saw a dozen or so cars served, and didn't any closer inside. I just left and went to Dizzy. The staffing issue isn't likely their fault.. but still.. go elsewhere.

Used to really enjoy this restaurant. Staff are always friendly. However the restaurant is never open and only drive through. Last couple of times I waited 23 mins or more for a coffee because people ahead had larger orders. Sad to see.

The worst location by far, whether you get cracks in your ice cap cups (twice on separate occasions) or plastic in your cream cheese, it seems that the owners don't know how to hire any competent employees.You order a bagel with cream cheese and get a pound of cream cheese with the side of bagel. Dumb people, training dumb kids in a rich spoilt brat town.

Had the best service ever!! Despite their lack of staff, which I notice is in all food service around here, mostly caused because rents are extreme around here. The staff are friendly, they work hard, and despite the impatience of some customers, continue to do their best. I will continue to be a dedicated customer here.

Be warned, this place is always brutally slow. If you’re thinking “I’ll just grab a quick coffee at the drive through” Don’t. Just keep driving. You could grow beans, harvest, roast, grind, and make your own faster. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible. I seriously just waited in the drive through for 37 min and didn’t even get a “sorry about the wait.” Go anywhere but here.

Not impressed. After a long drive we stopped about 6 for dinner. We found that the doors were locked because the dining area was closed at 2pm. Only the drive through was open. Went to the drive through and ordered 4 chicken wraps. Sorry. We have no chicken." Since I was not offered any excuse or options

An owner that truly cares for his staff and community, and it shows! Extremely friendly staff :)We pull up to order some drinks, get to the window and we are told “the owner just gave us $100 for the next bunch of orders”. So our order was free.What makes this even more genuine is we are going through something right now and when they told us it was free, my wife broke down crying. She explained why it meant so much to us (a loss of a family member), and the last drink we were waiting for was our iced coffee. When the lady brought it out to us, she wrote this on the iced coffee (see picture).Extremely grateful to have stopped by on our way to where we needed to go.
