My trail bike broke after a couple weeks after the purchase at MEC. We were on the road and looked for a place to fix it.Incredible service! The owner himself checked the bike, fixed within a half and hour, hardly charged us!The store itself also has a great selection of outdoor clothes which is a definite bonus!

Despite being backlogged, they were able to fix the flat tires on one of our bicycles right away so we can go on our trip. They also adjusted the brakes and gear changer while changing the inner tube so we would not run into any problems while on our trip. - Great customer service!

Great staff... Very helpful tips from them. This is my first ever bicycle and I am glad I bought from them. Also, there's a free 2 years tune up for your bicycle. Like free tune up every time you feel like it for two years. That's amazing!!!!

Was visiting Tbay from Wpg. Bar sizing mislabeled. Disappointing. Now can't find long enough stem to accommodate my reach. Wasted purchased as don't know when I'll be in Tbay next.

I bought a brand new bike. It took 15 months to come in. There were no freebies like a water bottle or 5 dollars off a set of pedals. I was informed by the staff there are no deals." But they did set up the suspension on my bike which was nice."
