Gresham Place Apartments

Have lived here for 6 years, was good when Belnar ran the property, homestead is absolute trash,DO NOT move here!!!!My rent is grandfathered in (only reason still here)But for current prices you will get bed bugs, cockroachesDisrespectful staff who ignore youConstant utilities interruption which you have to pay for.And year after year rent increase beyond government guidelinesThe facilities included in your rent are constantly closed (pool, gymnasium sauna) and there is 0 building security

Poor management.awful apartments ,bringing many students,10 students per apartment.looks like classrooms there

If I could award zero star, I would award them that. The worst treatment I have ever got in this country so far. I think Homestead is a nightmare for the people living there. Last Wednesday, I had an appointment to see one of their apartments. I went there and had to wait outside of the office for half an hour and later I knocked the door and entered the office and told them my purpose of visit. Both of the office employees were so ignorant that they even didn’t look at me neither did they respond. It took me a few minutes to understand that such poor behaved people really exist in the world and Homestead choose hard to hire them. Good for Homestead. Those employees represent your values and culture. I had to return to home without seeing the apartment and I am really happy that I live in a far far better place than Gresham Place Apartments. I feel pity for the people living there. I would never forget this experience in my life.

Lived there for almost 4 years, it was a great place until Homestead bought it. After that there was no respect with the tenants, no concern whatsoever with our safety (they have lost the master key on their first week as new managers, then they changed all locks and got half of the building locked out from our own apartments). I have recorded calls of their staff being totally rude with me, anyways, it's terrible, I would not recommend that to anyone. Also, the apartment is REALLY overpriced from what they offer.

We moved in June at first it was a great experience. The tenants are all very friendly. However the constant repairs and noise makes it unbearable at times. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom causing it to come through our bathroom wall and ceiling. A huge hole was cut in both It took quite some time to get that fixed. There must still be problems above us as there is constant drilling and other loud construction notices. Even on the weekends.There are cockroaches and ants. I have put traps down myself as the building does nothing. I do like my unit as I have a newly renovated one but the very loud and constant noise really takes from enjoyment. I'd advise you to avoid moving here at least until all renovations and pests are done

I have been living in Gresham one for almost ten years, it is ok. Recently I had some plumbing issue. I called the office for inspection but, they couldn’t figure it out. The water was coming from under kitchen cabinet. The new person they hired him today his name is (Uwe) and he come figure out the problem. Thanks Uwe

Living here for almost 8 year. Everything was good and I hadn’t any small problem with balnar management (previous owners) until the management changed to HOMESTEAD, the office manager (a lady) she is the worst, rude , unprofessional manager … etc. Unfortunately they’re only thinking about money, even they disturbing our guests by visitors parking new rules without informing tenants!!. And I’m sure they will continue to do like that and more . If there is zero stars I’ll give them. Homestead should take these problems seriously if they care about there tenants.Peace & Love.

My mom was assaulted in the stair well and it wasn't taken seriously by staff. Nothing is. Not the cockroach problem of years. Not the noise complaints. Not the garbage mountain stacked in the garbage room. They only care for money and send no help. Stear clear of this nightmare

Homestead one of the worst management I have dealt with, they were begging me to give them the keys earlier as they had painter coming in the next day to paint I was nice enough did so, and they ended up charging me $200 for a total lie that stove was not cleaned and under sink was was not cleaned. It’s disgusting of how greedy they are. (Roaches and bed bugs are to a point that makes you feel like you live in a dumpster)

Hello, Come here if you want to live with BEDBUGS & COCKROACHES 24/7. I have been living in a nightmare since 1 year as i took lease for 1 year. Advise for new comers don’t live here as homestead will give worst experience of your life in Canada.
