Wild Wing
Terrible first time experience at this location of Wild Wing.Empty establishment and yet our waitress took over 15 minutes to come and get our drinks.When she did come back with our drinks (2 waters and 2 cocktails) she lost balance of the serving tray and dropped the drinks and glasses all over nearly hitting our 1 year baby. Glass shattered all around her, traumatizing an infant.We picked her up immediately to console her, some staff came from the back to clean up and asked us if 'everything was okay?' completely ignoring the obvious incident just occurred.We stormed out and will not be visiting or ordering food from here ever again.

Stopped in for dinner the other night and had (you guessed it) wings. The selection of wings here is crazy, I'd never been to a Wild Wing before. I'm use to a small box in the corner of the menu being the wing options, not the whole menu. Wings were great but more so was the service. The staff were super friendly, social, and made sure we were happy with everything. Food was prompt and beers were cold. Definitely worth stopping in.

Food was terrible. Don't waste your money here. This place has gone way downhill. The spinach artichoke dip tasted bad and the nacho chips that came with it were stale. Our Coke was flat, no carbonation whatsoever. The wings were very greasy and the dry seasoning was not even on the wings, it was laying at the bottom of the bowl. The fries were rock hard and my daughter's hot dog tasted disgusting. The service was not great either, waitress never bothered to check on us and she kept disappearing into the back kitchen. Waste of time and money. They charge a premium for garbage food. If you see any recent 5 star reviews, they are fake for sure. Probably family and friends of the owner trying to salvage their reputation but a real customer who tries this place will see how bad it is.

I ordered from uber eats for my daughter's birthday ( what a letdown) wings were small . I ordered two pounds with fries. You'd think common sense would say a bigger amount of fries would be a thing since it's two pounds of wings. Very disappointed . Especially for a birthday dinner. This place used to be My favorite place for wings. Thx for nothing.

If I could give this restaurant a zero* , I would . My family and I went out for a dinner a couple of weeks ago and we all got very sick from the Gar-par they brought to are table . I reached out the the manager many times letting him know my hole family and I got food poisoning from the restaurant. He first blamed the food we ate during the beginning of the day and never once returned my call when I asked many time for a phone call. Spent $150 for me and my hole family to get sick and not even the proper etiquette from the manager. Avoid this place at all cost .

Such a disappointing experience as we used to love going to the wild wing in bowmanville. To start there was one person at the bar and one party of two sitting at a booth when we arrived. The server was nice and had mentioned she was new (later overheard her saying it was her third shift to another couple as she was correcting an error with their order). We ordered a Diet Pepsi and a white sangria. The wings came out before my wife’s sangria which was just white wine in a lipstick stained glass - not hers. Eventually my wife was brought a sangria which was predominantly grapefruit juice and no fruit (the server was apologetic saying she was sorry, she was still learning how to make drinks soshe was the sole waitress and bartender for the whole restaurant which now had welcomed several patrons it was wing night after all). Half way through I noticed two wings were undercooked (my wife later found one undercooked). We informed the waitress and she told the cook. The cook response was that the meat was just “bruised”. We asked the waitress to take the wings back so that the cook could have a look at them. This took 7 minutes 5 of which my wings were sitting on the bar. The cook still maintained the wings were properly cook offered to have 2 wings recooked to make up for this. Not considering the time my food was sitting on the bar getting cold. We were offered no napkins or wet wipes - on wing night this is absurd and had to unwrap cutlery to wipe our hand as the waitress was now avoiding us. My wife went to the bathroom to wash her hands but the soap dispenser was empty and broken. All in all a horrible experience. Will not be back.

** This is absolutely fraudulent due to the quality/taste of the food and I hope to be compensated.** This was the worst dine out experience of my life. I truly hope management sees these comments and rectifies these complaints. There were no customers on a Sunday night and I should have marked this as a red flag immediately. I ordered the mozzarella sticks, the honey garlic & maple BBQ traditional wings alongside onion rings. Half of the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them - for the price of 5 little mozzarella sticks, this is a scam. The “marinara” sauce that was served with the sticks, had a strong vinegar scent to it and white powder covered a quarter of the top. Holding it up to my nose was a terrible mistake. Told the waitress we were not happy with this appetizer and she came back and said the sauce has Parmesan cheese in it and gave us 3 sticks, not even offering to take the item off the cheque or remaking the entire appetizer. I immediately started to feel sick to my stomach. The wings arrived and they smelled like they were dipped in chemicals/vinegar. I was able to eat 2 of them before I felt worse. The onion rings and the soda drink (7 Up) were fine. The waitress had to ask the kitchen staff if she could take off my partner’s poutine order (absolutely revolting taste and smell). In total, we spent $70 and didn’t finish anything we ordered. This is absolutely fraudulent and I hope to be compensated.

Server service is amazing n provide a quality service. Appreciate it. Food maker is too good. Born less chickes n french fries are too delicioys. Enjoy a lot. I want to visit again.
