A HUGE thank you to Pauline. She was an angel helping me today. Our modem died, effectively killing our internet, TV and home phone services. After dealing with chat support and being directed to a store without a replacement, then redirected to the St.Martin location, arriving as she was locking the doors. Celine did the most kind hearted gesture and stayed open to make sure we got back up and running.Bell Canada, this employee is the heart and soul of your customer support.Thank-you again! I went to the Bell store on Saint Martin in Laval today and was served by a very knowledgeable & patient sales rep: Anthony. In this day and age of quick sales with no support ....I was pleasantly surprised to be served by such an helpful employee. One of the best bell stores in quebec,The employees are so helpful they know their stuff really well. Jason will definately make sure you leave there happy its refeshing to have someone take the time needed with a client, not feeling rushed and to have an amazing customer service experience. I went in there very discouraged about a phone situation and came out of there feeling so happy and relieved. Thank you to the manager and all the staff truly! Make sure if your in the laval area to go here ;)
