Michele Arsenault,what an amazing woman,she has great techniques,with amazing results her massage therapy is relaxing and enjoyable,her acupuncture has had great results on my lower back and sciatic pain.I can't give this woman enough praise,shes small but mighty.With a tremendous healing energy,she can sooth and comfort any aches or pain.

Kent here, I have had 2 one hour sessions of reflexology with Michele Arseneault. One on the 29 Dec.,2020 and just yesterday on the 4, of Feb., 2021. My over all physical well being has improved. I have less aches and pains, my breathing has improved and my daily walk of one hour is not a chore but something I look forward to now, because the range of motion in my legs and feet has dramatically improved, since trying reflexology.

I go to Michelle for massage, I always have tightness in my neck and shoulders from my job. She is absolutely the best especially if you enjoy getting your neck and shoulders done. I've been to many different ones and no one does it quite like her. She has so much knowledge. You won't be disappointed no matter what you are seeing her for.

I have had wonderful experiences with the services offered at Vitality! Bowen with Michelle helped relieve some knee pain that I had been experiencing. I also enjoy Scosha’s TCM treatments including acupuncture and fire cupping. If you need to relax and unwind, Vitality is a great place to go

HIGHLY recommend. She really knows her stuff, I always feel 10 times better after a massage. Would also highly recommend the accupuncture!! Always a great experience.
