I'm glad this place still exist. They are sort of a hidden jem near sherbrooke station. They offer many different style of clothes and shoes. The sales people are super friendly and helpfull.

I had to order some shoes online and they were not 100%. I had raised some concerns with the manager. I dealt with Pascal in the end he was great and it was fixed great customer service.

I come here regularly to buy Punky Colour hair dye, as I think it's one of the only places in town you can get it in store. The women here are always super friendly and helpful. They also have a huge selection of Doc Martens, and were great with helping me find the right style and size I was looking for a few years ago.I also try to visit their sister store, Rio, across the street at least once a year to take advantage of their sales on Converse. If you've never been, and you're into alternative style clothing, definitely drop by.

Great care goes into packaging. As someone who collects shoes, the original box is very important. They package in a way the preserves the box! I'll order again and again. Top notch customer service

The selection of items is great and the staff are all nice but if you're plus sized don't bother shopping here unless you're willing to pay an exorbitant amount of money for a lousy pair of pants. The prices of plus sized items compared to their straight sizes is ridiculous. I wanted a pair of 2XL pants and it was 50$ more than the smaller sizes. I understand paying more for more fabric but the price difference is absolutely ridiculous and bordering on size discrimination.

The first pair of Steel boots i bought i loved. My wife adored them as well, so as a loving husband i gave her the money to order a pair. Huge mistake, 11 days later all we have received is confirmation the money was taken. Tried to message them and nothing.... just a generic message referring me to their shipping info on the website. they are great at taking the money instantly not so good at sending the products. One star as i received half of what i paid for.

I heard about this place through another store while trying to find some blue converse in my size that harder to find or so it would seem.While they do have an impressive amount of different converse a lot or a good majority at least while I got something their they lacked in sizes what seemed smaller then a 10, so I would keep in mind if you plan to buy something from here.People working here tho I have no complaints
