Dealt with Paige today, she was friendly and knowledgeable even when dealing with a customer who was upset and complaining, due to his own issues while trying to blame the store. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone, they always try and do the best for you.

Julianna, the representative at the Costco on Regent, was exceptional. She took the time to explain things to us in a way that we understood. Was patient, friendly and extremely helpful. When we left we felt we had made the correct decision.

Great experience in store. The virtual line up is a great way to make the wait go by. I roamed the store and when it was my turn, the process was painless. The bonuses Costco gives are also unmatched. Earbuds, car charger, case and $200 in gift cards for changing a plan I needed to upgrade anyway. Will definitely be doing it again.

Overall excellent experience! We worked with Paige who went above and beyond to get us the very best deal possible. We were already satisfied with the corporate discount we got through work, but Paige looked into it more and was able to save us a little bit extra. Thank you for your help Paige!

Back in today and once again was so happy Paige was in. She told me when my phone is up for renewal and patiently waited while I put 2 reminders in my phone. Fortunately it was quite. I hate when it's time for a new one but feel more prepared this time. She's a gem!Paige was absolutely awesome to deal with. She worked with me to get 2 new accounts set up and was able to do better than what Bell was offering us plus we got the gift cards.Braden was also super helpful.Side note, people need to cut the staff some slack. They are always slammed, it's not their fault. Scan the code, go shop, they'll let you know when you come back.
