I recently had the pleasure of talking to Melissa at Paradigm for my strata. And I have to say she is exceptional at her job. She responded to my concerns quickly and went above and beyond to assist me despite my initial bad mood. She actually took time to listen to me and Her optimism and help completely changed my day around thank you.

I've been an owner for almost 17 years now and I've been very impressed with Miguel Vivanco from the first day I met Miguel, he was always friendly and willing to answer any questions I had or provide assistance if I need it. Our council was days away from accepting another proposal from another strata management company when we suddenly had Miguel in front of us at one of our meetings.
