I came to this restaurant for lunch, and it was an amazing experience! We sat at the bar, and were welcomed by our server working at the bar.Service and atmosphere was amazing. Food was fairly good, I highly recommend getting the chips and onion dip for the sides.We ordered the breakfast sandwich, and their beef dip. Both without any cheese.Food was good, nothing too crazy. Next time, I will definitely be trying their chicken sandwich, because it looks amazing.Overall a good place to try!

Love that we are having more local food around here. We got the meatball sub and patty melt with house soup! The patty could’ve used more seasoning it was a bit bland but overall good. Service wasn’t consistent we sat down prior to another pair they were immediately given water and a rundown on the menu. We had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to us and took our order, didn’t provide the same level of care to my partner and I compared to the first pair that sat after us.

Had an absolutely amazing time at Pals! I ordered the Croque Monsieur with golden brown house hash, and Strawberry Aperol Spritz. The service and atmosphere were perfect, 5 stars!!!

This is the place you go when you're seriously craving a good sandwich! We ordered their cheese fries, beef dip, hoagie, and s'mores pie. We both tried their craft saskatoon lemonade. They had a delicious soup of the day and their fries were solid. The lighting was intimate as we came an hour before close. Our server was great and he was telling us how they make the bread, soup, and meats from scratch! We were considering trying the Reuben but they had run out of that and their foccacia earlier on that day. We probably would ahve been more than fine just with soup and sandwich - but they did so well as leftovers. Looking forward to next time!

Nice and light atmosphere with lots of natural lighting. Our server was absolutely fantastic (Caitlin) but when we walked in we were greeted by 3 different people who all said “we will be right with you”. We started with the chicken noodle soup (tasted like how your grandma would make) with great flavour in every bite and cute little noddles. Unfortunately i did not get a photo. The Chicken club is good. The seasoning on the chicken is spot on and the grilling of the breast added another dimension of flavour. I think this sandwich could have been served with arugula or fried onions as the fresh ingredients seemed like they didn’t blend with the sandwich. The onion dip is flavourful and was a nice addition to the fries. The meatball sub has a nice balance of pork and beef meat with a zesty marinara sauce. It was hard to eat but the flavour is exactly what you would expect. The strawberry rhubarb crumble was delicious. The oatmeal was sweetened and the fruit mixture was sweet but not overpowering. The ice cream cuts the sweetness well for a well-balanced bite of dessert. Four stars because nothing was an absolute wow but I would definitely come back to try the other sandwich options.

This was by far one of the best sandwiches we've had here in Edmonton. We tried both the Cuban and the meatball sandwich. The Cuban was delicious with great toppings and the meat used was excellent. The meatball sandwich was also one of the best I've had. The meatballs were so good that I kinda wished they had spaghetti meatballs on the menu! The only thing that could be better would be to use a smaller bread. I found the bread too thick. Could have also used a bit of extra sauce. The sandwiches were $19 with side fries. The fries were also really good and a large portion too. For me personally I don't like when the fries are unpeeled so I didn't eat all of them but they were still really good.

We had such a great experience here last night. The food was amazing. The patio was so relaxing and the service was so so good!!! Definitely will be back.

This is a really nice, casual, delicious place for sandwiches! The only negative I'd have is that it was a bit quiet, we were seated pretty close to others so it felt like we were all kind of involved in each other's conversations. The sandwiches more than made up for it, our waitress was amazing with my dietary restrictions, and I will be back for more of that dill pickle and pepperoncini soup!

It’s a small location if the patio is closed due to weather. But worth the wait or takeout. The chicken club is the best I’ve ever had! Fresh focaccia bread, huge chicken breast with Cajun spices and thick cut bacon that’s not too fatty. Would highly reccomend! Oh and get the onion dip for your fries

Pals is a really great spot! Their staff were super friendly and welcoming.The sandwiches were great. The chicken sandwich and beef dip were both flavourful and made with quality ingredients. The cheesy fries were also great and filling!The dill pickle soup was good, but a bit too spicy! It’s definitely worth a try if you like dill and spice.
