Atlantic Heating & Cooling Solutions TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Would not recommend purchasing a mini split from them. And from reading the customer reviews - they indeed are a 0 out 5 rating!They moved hell and earth to sell me 2 Gree Mini splits - fast forward 2 years later - they tell me they do not service the mini splits “anymore”Told me to contact a Gree dealer.I don’t care if you don’t sell Gree anymore - YOU STILL HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!!Friendly reminder people - stay away fromThem !

I have had the worst customer experience ever with this company. My issue stemmed from a high heating bill for a device that did not work properly. To get someone to come out was a labor of multiple phone calls. Once someone came out he said this device is probably not suited for your house. Not what was said by assessment folks. After this guy leaves I call again multiple times and a week later another technician came out. This guy seemed more competent and has indicated there is a problem with relay board and temp sensor and orders a part saying take around 1 week. This is the 2nd week with no idea of when service will come out. I call today for an update the receptionist says darn computer will not bring up data (makes you feel real comfortable with their ability to handle customers) then transfers me to service as they cannot bring me up in their system with all information conveyed before This heat pump is under the Saint John Energy plan and we are locked into a 3 year agreement. DO NOT TAKE THIS DEAL. Buy your heat pump. I would never buy anything from this company.

Huge miss for Atlantic Heating and Cooling. Installed a Gree heat pump with them in August 2020. It’s been almost 1 year now that my inside unit fan is making a lot of noise, so much noise that we sometime close it at night because it’s keeping us awake. We still have our warranty on it, service guys came here maybe 4 months ago after maybe 3-4 months of waiting to replace the fan. He changed the fan and put back the unit ON we quickly noticed that the fan was doing the SAME noise still. Service guys look a little further and realized the company had sent him a used part. They gave me an already broken fan for my warranty replacement! I’ve been waiting for another 4 month and still waiting for them to replace the fan. I have called many times at the office but no one ever answered I will usually leave a voice message and they will email me back always telling me to wait and they will call me when they receive the part or some news. So for almost 1 year now my heat pump is not working properly since we sometime shut it down at night and with the cold weather we notice a big increase on our electric bill since we are heating with baseboard heaters at night. The people and service crew are great and friendly. But not having my heat pump fixed for almost 1 year now is getting frustrating.

From first contact, then install, and post install service, everyone has been a pleasure to work with. The techs and installers have all been very pleasant and took the time to explain whatever I needed to know. I had an emergency months after install and was taken care of immediately. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Had a mini-split installed 6 years ago and they did a super job. Last year a technician came to clean it and he noticed that the fan needed to be replaced. Did a really good cleaning job, then came back a few weeks later to install the fan under warranty. Very professional.

We did our due diligence and received several quotes for installation of a ducted heatpump system to replace our wood furnace.Atlantic was, by far, the best price and the most comprehensive estimate we received.They spent extra time listening to our needs and designing a system that would work best for our home.Work quality was excellent, all the guys that came in to our home were professional, respectful and knew what they were doing.As usual, in a big job there were some unexpected issues and a supply problem. This is when you find out if the company has good customer service and cares about their reputation.The issues were resolved quickly and the communication was always there.... Which is huge...I have spent almost 40 years working with the public and know good customer service.Considering how busy all HVAC business are now, it is refreshing to have an experience where you felt they had time for you.As a general fussy a** ..... I have been impressed

the guy who came in for a quote was very knowledgeable, we went with them based on this. it was extremely hard to even have them scheduled to install. I had to insist their call desk not to hang up until someone called me back on my other line. their installation tech were amazing, professional I would give them 5 star. we've now had our heat pump installed for 3 months and we still don't even have a owner's manual how to use the controls. Someone always promising to send us something.. they keep sending us the installation manual. we still don't know all of the function on our controller. Extremely frustrating. The owner really needs to get his things in order. you can never speak to anyone. extremely frustrating.

Absolutely no after sale service, takes weeks before getting a call back. A Broken heat pump for 3 months is unacceptable in the winter time !

We really have to call the Police for them !! I am paying for almost 1 year a machine that doesn’t work!!! I am trying to contact them by emails and phone calls without success!! I am waiting since October to receive some parts to fix my machine BUT I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT WAS REQUESTED!!! In time I just put one star because is mandatory to create a review !!!

Just a heads up for those looking into purchasing mini-splits/heat pumps.In October last year we had Jeff O’Neil (owner/operator) of All-Phase Heating and Cooling come to our home to offer a “free estimate” for installing 3 mini-splits in our home.We paid him a deposit of $500 to secure his services for when we got approved by the government assessment to allow for the rebate. Jeff told us that once we were approved the $500 would go towards our mini-split purchase and installation.In the spring of this year, we had a basement flood that ended up costing a huge amount of money for us to install a sump pump and to repair the damages. Needless to say, we could no longer afford to go through with the purchase of mini-splits, even though we would qualify for the government rebate (we paid for the assessment and we were approved).Due to the financial loss (and stress) of unexpected costs to repair the basement, we aren’t able to go ahead with the mini-splits this year, and being down on money we asked Jeff for our deposit back until such time as we can move forward. We explained all that had happened… and how we are in a bad financial position right now (not expecting what had happened with the basement). We also explained that we are a single income family (my husband is disabled and I’m the only one working), but we told him that when we could move forward we would call him.We contacted Jeff O’Neil on a few occasions to ask for our deposit back (he didn’t provide any equipment or services, just the estimate alone). He has flat out said we will not receive our money back.The quote we were provided (in writing) doesn’t say anywhere that this deposit is non-refundable, yet he is withholding our $500.00.My husband and I are at a loss for what to do! My husband called him again today and asked again (for the third time) to please refund our money. He was unsympathetic, and said it doesn’t matter that our paperwork doesn’t say it’s non-refundable. He’s keeping our money.No products were purchased. No service was provided. No installation was booked and no further visits were made to our property.
