Western Logistics Inc - Specialized Furniture Carrier

I'm beyond disappointed with the service and of this company, I ordered a love seat for it to come ripped with what looked like mold on it I was absolutely disgusted and when I called to talk to the manager Ian tucker he brushed me off told me he would get back to me and never did !!! So unprofessional

very bad service very rude they are i was there for delivery for 2.5hours they didn’t allow to use washroom 0 star for this location

Great customer service. Willing to work with me and assist with a furniture company (Wazo), who had messed up my order multiple times and wouldn't answer my calls.

WLI hauls all of our vulnerable goods from Vancouver to Calgary. They have never damaged a piece, the packages are always clean, and the warehouse staff is always helpful when we pick up.

I worked here for 10 months and it was an un-pleasant experience to say the least.My first warning here should've been the conversation I had with Ian Tuckey, the manger after working my first week. He asks me How do you like it here so far?" I respond "this might be the best job I've ever had". His response in a sarcastic tone was "Well

Furniture i have recived has had footprints, scratches and dents. I recently recived damaged furniture on behalf of the handling of the employees of western logistics. They have relocated, The new warehouse is a mess, The manager i got to assist me had the name of Ian Tucker. The same man i viewed on their website for the calgary location. Ian Tucker wasn't able to assist me right away, as he had me waiting inside the cage they have around by the back door. (I felt as if i was a wild animal waiting to be fed) he didn't come to personally let me in for over ten minutes. Once getting inside the warehouse Ian Tucker couldn't locate my property, Ian tucker then yelled at one of his employees to find and locate my items for him. Just so i could view my damaged product.When i was contacted for pick up by the lady in the front office, she stated her name was barb" and that my items were available/ ready for pick up. What she failed to mention with the attitude i recived on the phone call

Would NOT recommend this company for services. Rude customer service & Damaged products.

I have herd the calling lady tell a client will they take the rest of the information, as stated she has better things to do.! The customer service is deeply lacking. Ian head manager doesnt communicate, he talks down on employees. They use employees completely. They offer three months probation only to fire employees right before the three months are up.! Dominic head of company, should reconsider ian as a top manager.

Great place for a truck driver but to all truck drivers come in the first entrance not the second one
