Worst experience i ever have in my life my food was ready i was watching it there for 10 min and asking one of there employee for my food and after 15 min she gave my food that was ready before 15 min and when i told her that my food was ready and she didn’t gave me and she told me that she doesn’t care and just turn around and go back I don’t know her name but she was tall, white lady with hair curl on her face. And that wasn’t first time she dose this with me she always have attitude like that with all the customers.

Definitely the worst McDonald's I have ever ate. My kids didn't even like theirs and they love McDonald's. I'd avoid that store and go to any other location.

We just ordered two smoothies and oh god the service here is horrible. We are waiting for the smoothie since 20 minutes and as I post the review we are still waiting for the order. The staff is unresponsive and cleared off the order from the screen but did not make our smoothies. Wouldn’t suggest going in here. I think they prefer drive thru more than the customers who come in.

Worst experience ever! Forgot one of our orders and then told us we had to go back through the drive through after already waiting 14 minutes (you can see the timer at the window). The meal we got cost over $18?! And the fries were cold and half full.

Was pleasantly surprised my last visit.. First time in literally YEARS my fries were soo hot n yummy although my nuggets were luke warm at best. Those fries were soooo good tho

Service sucks .. .totally rude drive thru female staff! Dont listen, talking to other staff and i had to repeat my order 3 times for a kids' meal nuggets and chocolate milk .really, then i have wait 10 minutes empty drive thru.

This is pretty good restaurant. Little on smaller size. Right next to tunnel entrance.Be vary careful exiting this place, Don't get into the tunnel entrance.Walking distance from Ouellette & Wyandotte.

We visited this McDonald's for our dinner while we were in Windsor. This was the nearest McDonald's from our hotel but Google maps was showing it Permanently Closed. We thought to take our chance and drove there to find that the place is open 24 hours for drive through.We quickly went in the queue and stood there for a long time before our orders were taken. There are two order lanes but the cars seemed to be stuck forever. Finally we got our order after 10-15 mins. Parked our car in the free parking lot and had our dinner in the car as we were hungry.The place seemed to be shady with lots of people and groups walking by the lot making loud noises. The food was nicely done and I would give good ratings on that.

Worse place ever. Very dirty. Workers are slow. Lots of homeless people asking for money and sitting there by the door. Washroom is so nasty.

The food was as expected however this location is super slow i always mobile order however im still dtuck waiting in the restaurant for 10-12 mins which makes ordering ahead a bit redundant
