Customer service by the personnel in the box office is actually usually pretty decent, knowledgeable, fast, friendly and helps you get the best bang for your buck in whatever reason for your purchase. They offer a military discount, huge box office, clean and convenient location. Etc, we come here often to purchase our tickets to many things here.

It opened on time, and the staff was competent and friendly. I just wish ticketmaster was more conveniently located, they used to be everywhere. There's no specific parking area, so be prepared.

Please stop paying them ticket Master fees and come get your tix in person! You save so much money that way and they are open at decent hours

Stopped in to grab our tickets for the Pistons vs Bucks game. The lady we spoke with was very patient and helpful as I was not prepared at all. Highly recommend. Great service!
