Kazoku Ramen
Not bad tonkotsu ramen.The noodles were good, the meat was tasty, but broth wasnt up to par.The broth wasnt bad per say, it could have been much better but it was ruined due to the abundance of beansprouts.Every sip is an aftertaste of beansprouts.They're also pretty cheap on toppings, the pork only had two thin slices and egg was only half of one? For this price?The only generous topping was beansprouts, which again I say, ruined the broth.However the resturant eastern atmosphere is very nice along with anime songs blasting, definitely how I would like to eat my ramen

I was recommend come here by a co-worker so I decide to come and give it a try. The food was ok I wouldn't say it has a wow" factor. Quick cap of my visit and what we ordered. Service was pretty good but overall visit was just ok.1. Tonkotsu Ramen-The broth was ok maybe cooked for 2-3 hours and the noodles were al dente. The Chai Siu was not pork belly but instead it was pork loin which made it very dry and it was not seasoned. Overall it was ok.2. Chili Goma- The broth lacks flavours and had end pieces of meat

We had dinner on a Sunday and I would say coming in an hour before closing will be a tight call. It got busy but 10-20 minutes wait is manageable as long as you’re not hungry. By far, I love their service. Very friendly staffs. Even love their menus. First time trying their Japanese Cream Soda and it was just ok. Ordered to satisfy our curiosity. Their soups as always are superb. Very filling and served in a big bowl. I’ll keep coming back here. Price is reasonable too for the quantity and quality. Clean restaurant as well.

Had planned for a long time to try Kazoku Ramen. And today I finally tried it. Restaurant was empty when we reached but got busy later on. Food was good, Service was good too. Enjoyed the experience. Will be back for more ☺️☺️

Come here frequently, as it is the beat ramen house YEG has to offer there japanese cream soda is a must try i always try a new bowl every visit and most recently had the pleasure of trying the tonkutsu black garlic which has become my new favourite which i wasnt sure it was possible to top the spicy miso but it did

Kazoku Ramen
My husband and I loved our first visit here! We went right at the opening on a Saturday and the single front of house staff was amazing! We were seated right away, along with the other 10-15 customers and received our food within 10 minutes. We had the fried dumplings to start and both a bowl of ramen. The dishes were delicious and we will definitely go back to try more of their soups.

The service is good, atmosphere is 3/5, food is 2/5. Although the service staff was friendly and fast I don't believe the food is up to par and the food is expensive for the portions you get.

Kazoku Ramen
Food was great but it definitely seemed like they were understaffed as it took a really long time to be seated and have our order taken. I do recommend trying the ramen here. People were getting pretty upset about the wait time so that had an impact on the atmosphere. But I do think in normal circumstances when they are fully staffed that it would be a good atmosphere. I really like the decorations and you get sesame to grind up and put in your ramen which is cool.

We came here for the 1st time today for lunch. Everything was absolutely exceptional. Would definitely come back.
