I brought my used F 150 into A & B for service for the first time as I am new to the area. I talked to my service advisor Alexis and service manager Kim. Both of these ladies listened to my concerns, were thoughtful in their suggestions and attended to everything I asked for. I cannot imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else. Thank-you to Kim and Alexis for taking such good care of me!

I purchased a 2020 Lincoln Navigator. We travelled from over 2 hours away. When arriving to pick it up I was treated the same as if I was buying a used pair of shoes at Value Village.The sales manager, Jeff, was too busy trying to make another sale than to thank me for my business.The vehicle had no actual ownership. (One is being purolated to me.) The detailing was sub par. I got 1 and 1/2 key fobs ( one was missing the key). No one could figure how to retreive the factory keyless entry code.(Even the parts/service department) . My husband did it when we arrived home.They have a great selection of cars and can make a good sale,but, their after sales service left me feeling cold and unappreciated.

Purchased a used Edge from here. Eric was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Straight forward and very knowledgeable. Walked in with 2 models in mind and he asked a few questions and he suggested the edge and I'm so glad he did. The paper work went super smooth and we were able to add winter tires a set of rims and prepaid maintenance very easily. Highly recommended.

It's clear that they care a lot about treating their customers well. They were able to fit us in really quickly for an urgent repair. Unfortunately, a small mistake in the repair led to a breakdown and requiring more repairs, but they did everything possible to fix it ASAP and covered the repairs without us even asking, which was a huge relief after a stressful day. Absolutely a great experience (albeit unlucky), and all the service staff we interacted with were amazing (eg. Alexis).

Great experience with each and every single employee of Perths service department. Especially both Kim’s and Alexis. They were super accommodating, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Also a shout out to the mechanics who fixed up my truck super fast ;) I didn’t actually interact with them but appreciate their speedy work. Highly recommended. They even washed up my truck and it was all shiny when I picked it up. I left smiling. I’ll be back.

Generally a good dealership, but we took our car in for an estimate on how much we could get for it on trade, they gave us $20,000 max when others with almost exactly the same mileage, same trim are going for 25 to 30 grand still. We did not trade our car . ( all the cars were in same condition as ours)

I had an excellent experience with Eric at A&B Ford when I recently assisted my Father buy a vehicle. My Father had recently broken his hip so he needed to trade his 4X4 to get something lower to the ground and easier to get in and out of. They had a great used 2017 Escape on the lot and they gave him a very fair trade-in value for his truck. I sent an online enquiry asking about the availability of Hybrid vehicles at A & B Ford. I was pleasantly surprised when Melissa Romain, from their sales department, sent a prompt reply telling me that a 2022 Escape SEL Hybrid had just arrived at their dealership. Mellissa explained that the vehicle had not yet been entered into inventory and it wouldn’t be on their lot for long. I told Melissa that being late in the day, and we being from out of town, we wouldn’t be able to go see it until the next morning. Melissa sent me a link to arrange for an online guaranteed appraisal for our trade and she got back to me (after hours) with a favourable (guaranteed) appraisal. My wife and I met with Melissa the next morning, and everything went extremely well. We got an extra $500 over and above the guaranteed appraisal, accessories included in the purchase of our 2022 Ford Escape FWD Hybrid. We picked up our new car 4 days later and Melissa was there to take care of us. Melissa made our car buying experience very pleasurable and stress free. Sales experience was absolutely top notch and Meta knows her stuff. She has a great personality and is a pleasure to deal with. We had a very minor issue with our new F150 Hybrid on the very first day, but the service department was quick to resolve it with Meta's follow-ups. Not a surprise that she is number one in sales numbers right now. Highly recommend A&B Ford in Perth and Meta in particular.
