Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Not only did they give me constant attitude with the back and forth phone calls about a surprise order for me but they didn't even deliver everything that was payed for.

Picked up floral arrangement sent by friends very friendly service.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered flowers from a site online and wanted them as a surprise for my boyfriend's retired parents. I was called and told I needed to provide their phone number for delivery, which I did not have. I assured them that my bfs parents would be home and the employee yelled at me (and I mean yelled!) for a lengthy period of time. He even said oh you want to see rude?" When I told him he was being rude.I repeatedly assured him they would be home and he told me he would leave the flowers to die in the cold (even though I knew they would be home).Never have I ever experience such horrible customer service. I have never been yelled at like this before."

When ever a I need flowers for an occasion, they do the extra mile. They make awesomeArrangements. People need to switch to Chez Rose Enrg,,,,,,, if their not happy with their flower shop. And the prices are awesome.

Ordered flowers to help cheer up a friend. Asked for same day delivery. I filled out the form and put my number because the flowers were supposed to be a surprise.My friend did not recieve them the same day. I emailed and got an email in return saying that they called her and left a message which would be impossible because the only number they have is mine. I did talk to someone that same day ordered because they did not have all the flowers for the bouquet I chose. ( she also told me she would make it as close as possible which I was okay with) I ended up giving to give her my friends number to confirm she would be home. Over all I'm very disappointed with the service... i would rather they tell me they forgot than lie to me to make it seem like it's not their fault. And not to mention the bouquet looked like it was rushed...and empty. Very unfortunate
