Call in about issues with my businesses internet not working. Person on the phone says that they see issues with the line. Tech shows up two days later and immediately says that nothing is wrong and it must be something on our end, despite the person on the phone seeing our issues when I first called. They clearly don’t understand the concept of intermittent issues and don’t care about resolving them either. Absolutely useless company if anything goes wrong.

Service was decent. The wait times are not good. The reality is that if there is going to be such a wait time, then make an appropriate space for it - furnish it. I would suggest a now serving" number system - this will avoid any consumer confusion about who is next."

Your customers and staff ganged up on me because I ask why the employee was yelling at me, he said as he sat back in his chair that hes trying to speak over the man who threatened me. I told the employee he should address me more professionally, your customer " verbally attacked and threatened me

Wort place I ever went to. I brought a new phone it started giving me problems i went back there a guy told me they can replace it but they didn’t have the exact same device yet and told me to come back next day ,I went their next day and they refused to replace it its been a week they keep telling me to go to Apple technician in London drugs but that technician told me to go back to telus I don’t know what KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT NOBODY IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY

This telus store was by far my best experience and so much i wanted to write a review which i never do. Cj and Amy had such positive vibes and were very helpful. I feel these two should be recognized for such great customer service.

The staff were friendly when we walked in here. Unfortunately they were so understaffed that I left after approx 30 mins without being helped. Again, not an issue with the staff, they did keep apologizing, I just didn’t have the time to wait. Management.....staff your shifts better to avoid this.

Went there to ask about the small business service . The person in charge was not there . They asked me to wait for him I waited for 20 mints . The guy did not show up . They took my details and said he will call me when he is back . No one called . Luck of knowledge of their product . Bad customer experience

Brooke listened to my issue with cellular data and the Netflix app. She confirmed it was now set to Wifi downloads only, then she got me a data top up to make to the end of my billing cycle. She was very polite also!

Bought phone on first entry after being unsure of what i wanted for daily use and functionality. Staff there was thorough in helping me make that final decision. Store is clean and well managed. Wait times may be included with your visit, be mindful. Phone selection for Android is small, but that might help with deciding.
