Craig and Julie were excellent. I walked into dealership on a Wednesday and picked up my new challenger on Saturday. The Team was professional and courteous. I have been away from Dodge for 12 years because of a poor experience but now I am back. I have already recommended Craig to a friend who is looking to buy. Again this was a wonderful experience that left me feeling like I had a new best friend.

I had a very pleasant experience with Rose City dealership. While I looked at other lots, not one person came out to see if I needed help or had any questions. When I pulled into Rose City, within a couple of minutes I was approached by Matt and he took the time to answer all of my questions. At any point of time there, I did not feel like there was any pressure at all. Things like finances and warranty packages were broken down clearly by Julie (and again with no pressure to purchase anything).I’ve had buyers remorse before after purchasing a vehicle but this experience has me feeling confident and very happy. Everyone from the manager to the lady at the reception desk was most pleasant. Thank you for all of your help and for assisting us find the right truck and van. I’ll be back in the spring to purchase my next car for my work fleet.

The service at Rose City was unbeatable. I was dealing with Mark and he made my purchase decision so easy. He made everything as easy as possible and I couldn’t thank him enough. If you are in the market to buy a new/used car come to Rose City, I don’t think anywhere else can match their service.

They took my car in as soon as I arrived, performed their maintenance, informed my of some recommended service which I consented on and got the car back to me while I waited at the dealer. Very well done.

About 2 days ago, I purchased my new jeep compass and was extremely pleased by the way Kieran and Julie took care of me. My parents continuously go there for their vehicles and swear by this location! Everyone there is so kind and never let you leave disappointed. I highly recommend! As promised, I would like to take a few minutes and write a well deserved review regarding my buying experience at Rose City Chrysler. I purchased my 2021 Durango just before Christmas 2022. (Pre Owned) The sales staff (Mr. Beattie) was awesome to work with. He accommodated all my multiple test driving requests (some with my 5 year old) as well as went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with with what I was purchasing. The entire process was streamlined and all staff work very closely to ensure quick and painless purchasing experience. Mr. Beattie kept in touch and kept me posted thought-out the entire process. At the time I picked up my vehicle he sat with me and explained all the features vehicle has to offer and ensured I was comfortable with all of them before I left. I do have to mention that the Manager of the dealership was involved throughout the entire process as well and ensured that all my needs were met. This was one of my bigger purchases and for the first time I was not able to point to any flaws during my experience. My expectations were met and well exceeded at Rose City. If anyone reading this review is considering purchasing from Rose City - see Matt with all your questions. I don't generally write reviews, however this one was well deserved. I love my Durango. 5 STARS. Thank you again.

Great dealership! We bought a used truck and it was cleaned thoroughly before delivery. Minor issues had been fixed and new engine hose and cover were installed as part of their inspection. Top notch staff.

These folks are always been great to deal with. From buying my truck to having work done on it. I live 90 min and I still come back here for anything I need done. Everyone is pleasant and there’s never any pressure. When I address concerns they’ve always addressed them in a timely manner.
