Unfortunately they sell you defective parts. You pay mechanics to install them. Then you have to pay a mechanic to remove it again. Bring the part in (with a different car) to either exchange or return. Then pay a mechanic to install it again.They will not help you in any way. This is the second time this has happened. I will no longer do business with them.** Thanks for your reply about policies. This just proves once the sale is made on a defective part, your policy gives no client support. It leaves the client paying a mechanic for a job to be done twice. Also the client has to make extra trips with a borrowed car to purchase for the second time working replacement parts and then go back to refund the defective part. **

The counter girl was great. Part was waiting for me with a great discount. Lordco parts person couldn't give me a straight answer. Quoted me double the cost. Didn't know what a wiring harness was.

I wrote pretty mean review before but have to say ever since I have had good experiences. Had many bad experiences but somehow I have notice a big change. Great job guys. Very helpful, polite, didn't have to wait long as the guy does his paper work, and just all around good service.

Horrible customer service by the older guy, first i was sold wrong product that doesn't even fit my car(even though I gave make and model) thats no big deal, today when i went there to return the part guy didn't call me when i was standing in front of the like but called other customer in before me because i was on my phone while I was waiting in the line waiting to be called and then told me that is not how we do things in canada. And then telling me he cant do a refund for me today and yelled at me multiple times telling to leave the store right away and told me to never come back to his store again. I'd really like to get in touch with someone his senior and talk more about it

Poor service, bad management. Cheap quality parts. Would not recommend, check out West Can or Lordco down the street.
