Tyler is such an amazing person. He is very patient and goes the extra mile to make sure students living in his property are comfortable at all time. I would gladly recommend his property over and over again!

Tyler was my landlord for about one and half years. In that time, he made sure that issues or questions were answered and resolved in a prompt manner. He was always courteous and provided ample notice if he needed to enter the unit. I had a very positive experience renting from him, and I would recommend him to friends if they needed a place to live in the future.

Tyler was my landlord for the past two years and I have never had any issues with renting from this company. I am only leaving because I no longer need to live near the college and am onto better things. Tyler has always been a super responsive and helpful landlord whenever we needed anything. For example, our dryer quit one day and he had us delivered a brand new one and was there for the installation only a couple days later. He was super reliable, the houses are all great, and were clean on move in day. You cant go wrong with renting from Better Student Rentals! 10/10 would recommend.

Tyler was my landlord for my 3 years at Fanshawe & was the first landlord I ever had after moving out of my parents house, and what can I say Tyler is an outstanding landlord. He was genuinely nice & made sure everything was in tip top shape. If there ever was a problem, he would always respond within 24 hours and made sure it would be fixed asap. Honestly couldn't recommend a better place to rent & because of his hospitality I now compare every landlord I have to him ( though none have surpassed him )

Tyler was my landlord, along with 5 other girls. Tyler was very patient with us all of the time. We lived beside a house of boys who constantly threw garbage over into our yard (this was in 2015ish) and at the side of our house. Tyler was always there to clean the property and made sure the outer appearance was presentable. He was fair with rent and was super accommodating all of the time. I can confidently say that Tyler went above and beyond his duties as a landlord many times. Thank you!
