Dr. Milanthi is very thorough and caring but booking an appt is just terrible. I have to keep calling back to wait for the nurse in order for me to book an appt to see Dr. Milanthi for my son , i did not have any problems with this before. Please kindly change the way you can book appts.

Dr Mendoza is the best family doctor. Never long wait times and she is always so compassionate and knowledgeable! Will take her time to answer all your questions.

Dr Mendoza is a great doctor. Their reception staff is incompetent. How hard is it to fax the right requisition?! They’ve messed up 3 times already. 2x they didn’t even send anything when they said they did and 1x sent the wrong requisition. I went to the lab to get bloodwork done, waited an hr only for them to tell me my doctor’s office sent them the wrong paperwork. Ridiculous!On top of that, they only send things through fax. Who has a fax nowadays?This office should fire and replace their reception staff.

Dr Mendoza is a good doctor but their receptionist is incredibly RUDE and not helpful at all. I was asking for information after I was dropped as a patient without being told and the receptionist was dismissive and did not want to entertain questions.

I used to have Dr. Milanthi as my family doctor and recently switched to someone else. The reason I did this is purely because of the rudeness of her front desk receptionist and the fact that she is never available when I need her. I get occasional Urinary Track Infections which develop over night and are unbearable by the mornings. In which case, I need to see her the day of because the pain of the infection becomes unbearable and the more I wait the worse it gets. Whenever I try calling in the morning to see if I can visit the doctor, the receptionist is very rude, very unhelpful, and the doctor is never available". Dr. Milanthi Hapuarachchi is an amazing doctor I have ever met. She is the family doctor for me, my husband, his parents and my children. She takes extraordinary care for us, and has always been taking care of us for the past 9 years. We are very fortunate and lucky to have her as our family doctor.

Dr. Mendoza is best . 24/7 365 days of the year they are fully booked anyone out there if you know how to find out two week prior that you are going to get sick so you can book an appointment with this clinic please let me know☺

The Doctor fills her schedule and leaves no room for urgent appointments. When you are sick you have defer to walk-in clinics or the Emergency. Some other Family Physicians that i know leave some flexibility in their daily schedule to accommodate urgent appointments for their regular patients. It's extremely frustrating when you can't get through to your Family Doctor for days or a full week when you really need to see them.

Dr Mandoza is a good dr. The receptionist' who ever puts up with that nonsense like my wife no comment I told here there ? Meaning secretary this has been happening a lot she thinks there closed mean while there just not returning calls thats nice

Dr Milanthi is fantastic, always accommodating and very helpful. The clinic is often able to schedule us in on short notice and always friendly to myself and my wife.
