He uses his extensive (seemingly endless!) knowledge of the body and its relationships to figure out the problem of any short, or long term injury.I am an athlete who has dealt with several injuries/problems over the years; upper back, ankle, hip. Faizal helped me to not only return to neutral, but gave me the tools/exercises to restrengthen those areas and make them less-likely-to-injure areas.I've been to other places for Physiotherapy, and it is by far the best choice to make the trip from Toronto down to Ajax- every time.Simply put, this is the place to go!!!

As a brand new client to the practice, I was looking for a Physiotherapist who can help with a partially torn hamstring muscle. Thankfully, I found Neurosync and Dr. Faizal did an AMAZING job with me in less than a few months, getting my hamstring and leg back to full strength while, supporting other areas of the body that would have an effect. I was able to get back to playing Soccer and Basketball with no re-injury. Dr. Faizal was not only supportive during our sessions but also provided enough for me to continue and work my injury at home- which has been a bonus and very beneficial to my overall health. He always went over and above to provide knowledge and understanding which was key to his approach. The staff here at Neurosync are very friendly and welcoming- you definitely feel like family and very comfortable during your visits, and I won’t hesitate to return for Physio and any other treatments as they are top notch in terms of professionalism, skill and personality. You won’t be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience. The staff were phenomenal. Faisal is very knowledgeable, compassionate and was extremely helpful with my WSIB forms. He went above and beyond. I also was lucky to have Dr. Derek Ginter and Afshin. Both alway took the time to listen and explained everything I needed to know/do to help with healing from my injury. The clinic was always immaculate. I have to say this is the first and only Physio clinic I can say without a doubt that there is nothing negative to say. If I could give 100 star rating I would.

Candace Morrison-Gage is the best massage therapist I've ever been too. My massages are always amazing - perfect amount of pressure and great technique. Candace is attentive, a great listener and an excellent communicator. I highly recommend you book an appointment with her, you will not be disappointed!

Being involved in wrestling, judo, Krav Maga, for many years, my body was broken in so many ways, I have seen many of physiotherapists over the years and Dr’s alike… but when Faizal was referred to me, his hands on approach is like nothing I had ever experienced… I have had so much healing, that I’ve begun to train again at the age of 54… I can’t believe my luck, finding this man with this level of knowledge and skill, feels like an answer to my prayers….
