Dr. Duff just dropped me as a patient with zero warning. If it’s true that the BC Collage of Physicians had something to do with this then that is absolutely sickening.

I have received excellent care from Dr. Duff. She is caring, knowledgeable, and an excellent listener. Her advice and care has been excellent, and I am grateful to have been her patient.

Abandoned her practice and her patients.

If I could, this clinic and their doctors would get 0 stars. Myself and my entire family were dropped as patients mid summer without warning. Doctor Duff didn't even have the curtesy to call her patients. She had her receptionist send an email saying that we were no longer patients of Doctor Duff and not to reply to the email! Terribly inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was dropped in the midst of changing anti psychotic medications to treat bipolar. I was supposed to be closely monitored and was told to check in every 2 weeks!When I finally got a hold of someone at reception, she told me she was not aware Doctor Duff was going to be dropping patients. For the 3 years I was seeing Doctor Duff, she often had another physician taking her place. I was regularly being seen by Doctor Cox and Doctor Ng. Both incredibly patient and kind doctors. I asked if there was any possibility I could continue to be seen by one of them, the receptionist told me they had no way of contacting those doctors and they would not be in communication with them. A month later, when visiting the Cook and View website, I noticed Doctor Cox is now a doctor at the clinic! Surprise surprise he is not taking any new patients. I know our health system is severely broken and run down, but honestly this is just bad practise.

Apparently the College of BC physicians has told the doctors at this place to get rid of their patients. Or is this just an excuse?
