Went to Apple last weekend exchanged my phone for a brand-new iPhone 7 Plus. I went to the silicon store to put on a new class screen protector. I was not sure on the case or what it came out of but the young lady at the counter just put on a screen protector glass I showed her that it was chipped she said oh don't worry about that . They all come like that"

I bought a screen saver from them, very cheap but I was still charged $34.00. He also told me to would work with the thumb print feature and it did not, wasn't to bothered because I have face recognition. The only reason why I bought it was because he took a screw driver to it and nothing happened. Could it be that he use the better product to sell his??? In 2 months it cracked and it was never dropped nor put in a back pocket. When I brought it back after the 2 months, which should have lasted a lot longer like other screen savers I have bought before. He told me he would not refund my money. And I would have to wait a month to received a new one, because they are on order. I told him why would I wait for a month to get a replacement and then have to return again after 2 months. He was clueless and was talking to me while on his phone. First off, your first priority should be to your customer in front of you. Very bad service. Don't buy any thing from theses guys. Ripe offs. Not even sure why they are in a Sherway Gardens.They don't even desire the 1 star I gave them, its only there to write this review and warn people about there service.

Cellicon is a small Kiosk in Sherway Gardens shopping mall. Like all kiosks, this is a small business with no refund policy. You pay for what you get - low prices, low customer service, and medium quality products. Please have realistic expectations. Prices are negotiable. I purchased an iphone case for $25 including tax. The case fit the phone well and is comfortable in my hand. Other reviewers seem to be surprised that an owner operator kiosk doesn’t have the same the customer service or return policy as Bestbuy. I would return if I needed an inexpensive case quickly but would not look to purchase expensive electronics or expect high quality products at Cellicon.

Don't bother with their upgraded" tempered glass screen protector for $35 which apparently a knife can't cut through. It cracked within a few days and I'm beyond careful with my phones. They refused to refund and would only replace it for $10"

Got my screen protector last year with warranty. After a year it did crack and came back and they honoured the warranty. And applied the new one ensuring no bubbles or dust.

I WISH I could give this place zero stars. Horrible customer service. I went there to let them know what happened one of the employees told me a manager would call me I left my phone number. No one ever called me. They didn't put my phone screen in properly and it fell out of my new iPhone I was travelling abroad and I had to buy a completely new phone. I went back to tell the MANAGER in Sherway gardens locations and he stated I could just buy a new screen for 250$!!! Which they charged me 150$ the first time to fix it stating it was apple quality screen and the phone screen physically fell out the SECOND day after they fixed it. I wanted a refund and he said no and was extremely demeaning and rude. Idk how this place is even operating on 2 stars. It should be -10.

Seems like good service until you get home.Had to replace iPhone XS Max screen and he told me it was a oem apple screen…it’s definitely not. The colours are off and resolution lower.Could not print a receipt so told me he would email it, never got that email. I’ve tried to call 4 times every time it goes to a voicemail that isn’t registered. This place is sketchy trust the reviews, there’s better options out there. Wish I had a phone to check reviews before I went here but hopefully I can save someone else the trouble!

I absolutely love this place!!!I have been here about 4 times now, and each time I get INCREDIBLE customer service! I don’t know the name of the man that works here but he is always SO friendly! He always goes out of his way to ensure that my screen protector is applied well and precisely. He also takes his time and such good care when cleaning my devices. In addition to this, the quality of the products is top tier.I live very far from Sherway Gardens, but I will always make a special trip just to buy from Cellicon. 12/10 would recommend!

Avoid this island kiosk like the plague! I went to purchase a dash mount, which only works if you stick it to your windshield, for $58.00 (tax included). I got second thoughts soon after and decided to return the item and ask for a refund as it was overpriced... They flat out refused. Cellicon does NOT have a return policy and will only offer store credit. I pleaded with the sales associate for my money back but was told they could not (would not) refund me and relentlessly offered the store credit after I repeatedly told them I wasn't interested. I made a big mistake coming to these guys and will never buy from them again, and nor should you! Go to a trusted mobile store where they honour the customer's wishes and don't scam you and deceive you. Please do your own research before going to these people out of convenience.

Nice guys running the booth.Bought a new phone last Saturday from Samsung in Sherway. They had no screen protectors in stock and on my way out, happened to pass Cellicon and inquired about if they had any. Seems finding certain products is a task in this day and age. Luckily they did them in stock. They applied it for me. Past phones and screen protectors purchased elsewhere had the sellers not put it on for me; so them assisting me was a plus.Unfortunately 4 days later, first day back to work, the protector cracked. I did not drop my phone, it was in my pocket and the only thing I can sum up is that my keys were in the same pocket and they were pressed against my phone. Reason for this assumption is that my previous phone's screen protector cracked in the same place. NOTE, neither purchased from Cellicon.I went back to Cellicon the next morning and they immediately changed the screen protector after my explaining what happened. Meaning... they upheld their lifetime warranty and even waived that $10 charge.I see quite a few negative reviews; some of you should A) proof read before publishing or have someone spell check for you B) maybe take a breather before starting your review.For me, they have done good and even exceeded.
