They were on time, respectful of our house, pets and did a great job on the installation. Once they were gone, other than the new equipment, you would not know they had been here. Installers were very professional and it was obvious this wasn't their first installation. I highly recommend them.

Very professional service from start to finish. Calling the office and booking the appointment was easy and they were informative and answered all my questions. The technician who came out was very polite and informative as well, let us know what he had to do so we knew what to expect. Will be using Sherwood Mechanical again

Outstanding service.Was experiencing issues with our home AC and after calling around was looking at a weeklong wait and $100 diagnostic fee.Then I got into contact with SW Mechanical and spoke with Kris.Kris helped me assess the issue over the phone and determine that it was a simple fix that I could resolve myself. After about a 10 minute phone call our AC was working again!I can't say enough about Kris's professionalism and knowledge!We plan on updating our furnace/water tank soon and I know exactly who we will be calling for those services.Thanks again!

Called this business in morning to have new kitchen taps installed as the current ones were leaking all through cupboard below and onto carpet in kitchen. Very surprised but extremely happy they came out right away and installed new taps. Very friendly staff and our plumber was very pollute and courteous. He cleaned up work area and explained all he had done. Would recommend Sherwood Mechanical to anyone.Barb & Fred

I woke up on a Sunday morning we no heat in my house and I have a TON of plants which were getting pretty chilly. Called Sherwood Mechanical and talked with a wonderful lady who took my details and connected me with Nicholas who even on his day off was happy to come by to help me with the issue. Nicholas was a pleasure to deal with, explained everything and got my furnace back up and running in no time!! Very professional, amazing service, and amazing price, especially for a weekend.Extremely appreciative of the help & definitely recommend to anyone who needs an emergency fix or any maintenance. Kris was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was able to fix the furnace issue quickly and give some insight to what I should look out for. Also got a quote for some potential future work within 15 minutes from asking. Excellent service I will definitely use them again.
