Fed up with risking life and limb exercising on Calgary’s freeze/thaw cycle - my wife and I started the process to look at home equipment. We landed on Apple Fitness and went with one of their elliptical machines - and we love it. Once we got past the sticker shock - as these items are high quality and stuff you find in gyms or nice hotels - we realized we wanted the quality they had to offer. We are glad we did - from early sales discussion with Victor - to David’s delivery and install team - top to bottom the experience was memorable. There was no rush, no dodging and every effort to narrow what we wanted and get us started. Furthermore - they are lightning quite to respond to are queries on things that need tightening and such - so we feel well looked after. Thanks Apple Fitness Team - we are very grateful for you, your product and service.

We have been using Apple Fitness as our store for new and used fitness equipment for many years. The reason we keep coming back is because of the phenomenal customer service.Anytime we have needed anything they have gone above and beyond to provide what we need and more. Mid-pandemic they even delivered a LifeCycle bike part to our home on a Friday night. They even e-mailed an e-book repair manual so we could see how to install it.'Above and beyond' is the way we describe the consistently amazing service we receive from this store. Their staff are very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Location specializes in commercial sales so out of our price range but despite that Victor still took the time to talk to us about benefits and drawbacks of various equipment. Outstanding service. We were made to feel important regardless of not planning to make a purchase there we left armed with greater knowledge to make a decision. Thank you!

Victor is the best - super knowledgeable in both fitness, and equipment selection. Absolutely best experience working with him, made everything super easy and affordable for us. Would definitely recommend working with him to create your workout space no matter the budget.

Exceptional service. Needed some routine maintenance done on my treadmill and was blown away by the promptness of the service. I was scheduled in quickly and the technician (Andrew) was great. He knew exactly what needed to be adjusted. A couple days later the treadmill started making another funny noise so I called them back and Andrew came back that same day to give it another tune up. I looked at a lot of treadmills at a lot of store before buying this one. Apple Fitness, by far, has some of the best warranty available included with the price of the equipment. Very very pleased with the whole crew at Apple Fitness! Thank-you so much!

Great experience! Originally I only stopped in to compare prices/machines to those on sale at retail stores, but Victor still took the time to walk me through the machines and answer all my questions even though I was leaning towards cheaper treadmills at other places. In the end I decided the quality of the treadmills, the excellent warranty and support provided by Apple Fitness, including delivery and set up, was worth the higher price. The delivery team were quick and efficient - carried it down to my basement, set up and ran me through programs in less than half an hour. Very happy with my decision and enjoying my new treadmill!

Exceptional customer service from Victor and the Apple Fitness team. Victor took the time to understand my needs and even set-up a financing option for me so I could fund my purchase through my employer’s monthly wellness program. Life Fitness equipment will cost a premium but you really get what you pay for. The build quality is awesome and you’re getting a premium, commercial grade product. Victor was informative, supportive, and responsive throughout the entire sales process and importantly, never pushy. He looked out for my needs and gave me plenty of time to come to a decision after working out the financing and clearing with my employer. I also love that Apple Fitness has service technicians, so that in the unlikely event I do have any issues - I know right away where I can go to get repairs done. You guys are awesome - can’t recommend you enough!

Fraternity through fitness. I got some quotes from Apple at the beginning of the pandemic for a Keiser M3. Ultimately, I ended up finding a used one, but that didn't stop Apple from helping me troubleshoot and repair a dead LCD display on my bike this week. Thank you for getting me back on the bike this week. I know where my future dollars for fitness equipment will be spent next. 100 thank yous.
