We've been with Home Alone Pet Care from the beginning- they're the best! We've used them for feeding and walking visits mostly and overnights occasionally. We trust them completely. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and great with our animals!

I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa to board our 9 month old Aussie doodle mix for a few weeks while we were out of town. I was very worried about what this time would be like for our puppy. Our puppy is still learning and can be a handful but Vanessa treated our puppy with love and patience. We actually got a better behaved puppy after returning from our trip! Home Alone Pet Care is the best. We went on vacation and David sent us photos of Bubba everyday and kept us updated on what was going on. It made such a difference knowing that he was being cared for so wonderfully. We noticed that the transition for Bubba when we came back was seamless. It was as if we never left. Thank you David!

I had a very bad experience with a previous dog walker who forgot to come and take my dog out while I was at work 10 hours. As soon as I met David, and they way he greeted my pup I knew everything would be fine. HAPC are a professional, reliable and caring company. While I was on vacation David stayed with my dog. I was sent constant updates on her, which gave me peace of mind knowing she was being cared for.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Home Alone Pet Care in our neck of the woods! After a terrible first time boarding experience at a local kennel, I was desperate to find a more personable and gentler vacation boarding experience for our Frenchie, Biggie. I came across their very professional website online and submitted an inquiry to which I was responded to right away. The online portal is so convenient to use for scheduling and Vanessa has always gotten back to me within a couple hours at most. Biggie has now boarded with them twice at their home and he has done so well. The daily photos reassure me that he is happy and safe. Vanessa and David have both been incredibly flexible and easy to work with for all our boarding needs which includes pick up and drop off. I am finally comfortable travelling knowing that Biggie is in the best hands!

Home Alone Pet Care has consistently provided great care for our 2 cats when we are away. Vanessa and David are great to work with to address any concerns or requests and always prompt with communication. Scheduling is easy on the website and we always get a daily service report with pictures... if cats are not hiding to deep under the bed:)

We have had nothing but A+ service from Home Alone Pet Care. We feel very confident and safe leaving our dog Fanny in their care on a daily basis. We are sent a report after every visit with a photo. Fanny's dog walkers (we have 2 that alternate) follow all of our instructions for her. Home Alone is insured and are available to schedule 7 days a week. We love Vanessa, David & Suzette!

I used Home Alone over a Thanksgiving trip. The service was professional with reasonable rates over a holiday weekend. Home Alone has a portal where I can input desired days and times, as well as detailed days and instructions. Every time I use Home Alone, I can use these instructions again or revise them. The portal also contains all information about my pet and the veterinarian. It’s very convenient. When it came time for the actual sitting, the pet sitter gave me text updates and pictures of my cat after every visit. The cat stayed under the bed, so they were cave pictures, but the sitter still made sure to send the photo and let me know how the cat was doing. It was all very personalized, and that made the service feel trustworthy. I would definitely use them again. I have also made reservations for my next trip.

We have been using Home Alone Pet Care for 3 years now and it has always been so easy and stress free. We have a senior cat that needs multiple medications twice a day and our pet received all of them without any incidents. Other cat sitters rejected our requests for giving medicine to our cat in the past or when onsite couldn't manage to give her medicine and she went without medicine until we came back from vacation. But not Home Alone Pet Care, they have former vet technicians that know what they are doing and love animals, so we trust them with our pets every time we are out of town. They also have a website with all information about your pets including needs and vet info which you can update or leave as-is if current.
