Went in just after dinner on a weekday and it was perfect timing because the store wasn't as busy as it can normally be. I really love how friendly and helpful the staff is and i also love the email program that they have, if you sign up, you will get emails with possible deals on products that might not be an in store sale. Especially since the holidays are coming up its a great thing to have since you may be able to do your Christmas shopping before it gets too crazy! I utilized the emails and was able to go in and get a gift for a fraction of the cost. I love this place so definitely go here if you want great service!

Great place to shop if you are looking for a fragrance for your home such as candles, or mist sprays, and even body sprays and perfumes for your body. I personally couldn't stand being in the store for too long, as all the different scents mixed together were a little overwhelming on the nose. Never the less, I will return.

Annoyingly overstaffed. In the store less than ten minutes and was asked by 3 separate people what I was shopping for, if they could help me, and if I was finding the scent I was looking for. I can’t find what I want if you keep pestering me! Once we’re through the front door let us be. I don’t care what scent is your favourite, I’m not shoplifting, and I’m capable of smelling and reading on my own.They do have a better selection of wallflowers than the store at the Pen.

Friendly greetings from sales associates upon entering the store. The associates are there but we shop and look around freely but they are quick to give advice whenever needed. The selection at the store was varied and they are well stocked.
