Tried to order one of their promo deals. The cashier seemed to have never heard of the promo despite it being on their wall inside. After she talked to the kitchen she then told us that they are completely out of dough so don't have anymore pizza. There were 3 drivers there picking up online orders so I guess they had dough for them but not us. I wouldn't be surprised if they were just lying about being out of dough so they wouldn't have to serve us, as they are apparently supposed to be open for another 3 hours still. Pretty bizarre for a PIZZA hut to be completely out of pizza.

I called the store’s phone number at 10:08pm on Wednesday evening, July 5th, 2023. The call centre person answered and she said this location was showing as ‘closed’ on their end. I was near the store and decided to drive there anyways, because on Google it showed they were OPEN until 11pm. I entered the store and there was no one behind the counter. I waited for 10 FULL minutes UNTILL a worker came out, DESPITE ringing the counter bell multiple times and shouting Hello! a few times, throughout the 10 minutes I was standing there.WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE OF A BUSINESS THIS IS!Call Centre shows the store is closed when in fact they’re open?!? The incompetence here is just UNREAL.ZERO STARS!!!

Surprisingly, one of the better Pizza Hut locations in the city. No disrespect but all the other ones close by are borderline acceptable at best. So this one is a jewel....keep up the good work!!

Has been a long time since I had pizza hut. The dough was chewy, pizza was greasy, portion of cheese was not enough.Few pineapple pieces.Payed $26, I get better quality pizza for the same price in other franchises.

I’m giving it 1 star cause there is no option for zero stars… I highly recommend you to fast until the next meal if you’re even wondering eating at Pizza Hut. They had no large pizzas, one third of the types weren’t available. I’m halfway through the pizza and I’m thinking of feeding it to the street crows.Good luck to you if you’re brave enough to take this adventure and enter the place.

Waited over 10 minutes before we saw any staff/someone come to the front counter to take our order. When I ordered a gluten free pizza I told them I’m severely allergic to gluten and mushrooms. I received a pizza with gluten and a mushroom on top, I went back to the counter to explain the situation/my allergies again then received a gluten free pizza with a whole container of mushrooms on the side. Not sure how this happens after clearly saying I’m allergic

I gave it a 3 instead of a 1 because some of the factors were beyond the stores control. They ran out of pineapples to make Hawaiian pizza. Supply delivery issue. Forced to order an alternative the pizza was still of good quality at a fair price. All said it was an inconvenience but a understandable one. I will return as a customer.

Only ONE reason that urged me to rate this pizza hut location. It's the service level and the treatment that was offered.. Once an employee disrespects customers by talking rudely, that is the biggest humiliation to the business's name and its owner(s).Not even worth the one star.
