The washrooms are clean. My number disappeared from the screen for about a minute, but they gave my order within the next minute. The food was really hot and tasted fresh. The dining area was well maintained. Staff were quite friendly.

Place cannot find enough staffs, close at random hours, slow as a snail and huge chances to mixed-up your order.

Overall speed at this McDonalds has significantly increased in the last few months. It is now quite faster than other fast foods in the area.One weird thing about this location is that you cannot use certain coupons, such as app rewards. Quite unfortunate.

Ordered 3 different dipping sauces for McNuggets. They sent 3 barbecue. I ordered fries with salt they sent cold salt less fries. In addition all the food was cold. Does anyone care at this location? Does the franchisee of this location care? Does McDonalds Corp want to step in a train some sense of care into the process here to protect the brand? There are a lot of 1-star reviews that pre-date mine.

Our order was incorrect and it was the same for another client after me. “Joey” was very arrogant and offered no apology in regards to the errors. He even put the blame on us when the mistake came from the cashier, which he admitted. Asked for a refund and went elsewhere, “Joey” still showed us his arrogance. Very bad experience and I do not recommend this place!
